  1. Can you explain what check they mean? What are they checking? This isn’t to do with how many times you can withdraw per day now is it?

  3. Unfortunately most of these rule changes cannot be implemented, we do not want to limit entries. The more the better, we also don’t discriminate players based on how many tables they can play. However, your last point will be considered and I was already thinking of implementing this change in our next contest. We also won’t be changing the mechanics of the contest but thanks for the suggestions.
  4. You have not broken any rules don’t worry. I’ve not checked all your screenshots yet but the ones I checked are fine. Afi may have a valid point that it “could seem” like you’ve chosen the last day to play so other people don’t have much chance to increase their screenshots which is why I suggested I may implement a rule for this in future contests. However, so far all looks good, well done and good luck.
  5. We do have a rep, I can check if he is still active, however unless the casino are breaching their own terms I’m not sure what more the rep can do for you?
  6. I’m assuming because you’ve maxed out the number of cashouts for that day is it?
  7. Regardless of our opinions on what the max cash outs are, this is standard across the board for many casinos (low cashouts). You’re entitled to be grumpy of course, but with it being listed in the terms there’s very little we can do to stop this happening.
  8. It’s be not had chance to check all the screenshots yet but I have checked two pages and all seem to be within our rules for timeframes. However, I take you comment on board and may introduce a rule to prevent this happening in the future.
  9. Please note that I am on vacation from the 5th - 12th so ALL invoices must be completed by the 4th. Any new members who have not submitted information to me by then will not have their invoice completed until after the 13th.

  11. We have had a change to the schedule for September but will confirm our contest soon. We will definitely have the AG €1,000. This will be Sept October and November now & December we have our big AG contest.
  12. Seems as though their terms maybe a little vague as they have not specified what a day is: 24 hours or midnight or midnight. However, the chat seems to explain that it is per 24 hours so I would suggest waiting until the 18 hour period left has passed and request again.

  18. I don’t have a VPN to check if we have this casino right now as I’m on my mobile, but if we do then maybe we can look at opening a complaint if the casino are not responding. How long have you been waiting?
  19. No need for a friendly prompt, all details regarding payments are available in the first post of every contest. I have your message but won’t be opening it until I create the invoices which will be during the first two weeks of September. Don’t worry your payment details will be processed but it’s not time yet.
