When I say the celebration screen what I meant sorry was that I need a screenshot that’s flashed the final win amount so we can work out the multiplier, celebration screen wasn’t particularly necessary I just mentioned this from Kuffs screenshot. It’s always hard when we have new games because they all work differently and problems are always going to arise. However, regardless of everyone chipping in with their opinion, I will always give every single member, new or old, the same treatment of a fair investigation of problems arise. Even if this means people have to wait for a final leaderboard. I also have to have official confirmation, not just the say so of members in here, even if they are premium members. Sorry your screenshot can’t be accepted on this occasion and thanks for understanding. I will make sure for all future contests that games like this are not included.

@Icy I have now had official confirmation from the provider that this game always produces a celebration screen. Unfortunately since your post did not include this screen before the contest ended, I cannot accept your entry on this matter. Thank you for being patient. Please let me know if you have a final leaderboard draft, if not I’ll do one now

@Icy please quote the winning screenshot so I can see what page it is on? I cannot accept a new screenshot that has not already been posted of course as the contest has closed but please quote the ONE screenshot out of the multiple you posted for that multiplier that you deem qualifies for the contest. Please make sure to do this within the next 24 hours.

Can you post your winning screenshot in reply to this please (shoeing casino, date, bet size etc) you know this MUST be submitted before the contest end date. If this has been posted I am willing to investigate the bet situation and game log history to see what the provider says, but without this I cannot accept it?

Excuse me!! The case is not clear!!! You need to realise that I have not played this game. AND it would be very unprofessional for me not to properly investigate and speak to the provider. I give every single person a fair game in this forum. You’re not waiting for anything other than a final leaderboard which will not affect when payments are made. So please allow me the time I need and be patient.

We also need to clarify this to see exactly what the multiplier was. But first let’s dust the game log issue because this issue is something the provider may need to confirm since I don’t know the answer myself.

Sorry @Icy I meant ultra! What I’m waiting to determine is whether or not you PHYSICALLY had an access to a game log! If you did and it’s not been posted in time then obviously it won’t count. However. If the casino you played at is the issue here, meaning they don’t allow you access to that log then we have a different situation and I can’t do a final leaderboard until this is cleared up. Can you please clarify?
