  2. The casino does not need to be on AG for this contest - so he and any member can play where they want as long as it is licensed. We are checking the license issue at the one casino and this will be restricted if not licensed.
  3. @Afi4wins just a reminder for the leaderboard please - ALL screenshots must have casino name far and time - this includes the winnings screenshot - we can’t just use the log with date and time - the winning screenshot has to show date and time so we should not be accepting cropped screenshots just having a log with the date and time is not sufficient - the dates and times need to match up on both screenshots - unless it’s mobile which don’t show the date but then we should be seeing the time to tally up with the log.

  5. It’s not the log it’s the actual winning screenshot - that needs to display the casino name, date and time. So yeah for your next one please just make sure the actual screenshot has this information so we can match it up to the log.

  9. You’re saying the casino have falsified theirs - you see there is always two sides to every story and my job as a forum admin is not to take sides but to evaluate both sides. There will only be one outcome - either you are lying and the funds were played down - or the casino played them down. I do not know which one it is - honestly. But you cannot accuse the casino of submitting fake evidence to LCB and Guru without the possibility of your evidence being fake to back your claim. I’m not saying it is - I’m just saying one of you have submitted false evidence and that’s the two outcomes. I genuinely do wish you all the best with this - I am not against you at all. Please keep us updated with your results on this.

  11. Yes yes I’ve seen the logs but nothing that proves the casino made those bets - sorry that’s what I was asking for. I also can’t find the MFinity logs showing the casino made the bets - can you tell me what page they’re on please?
  12. @bp54 Sorry can you also submit below whatever proof it was that you attached to your complaint? I have been through your screenshots again and I'm struggling to see exactly which screenshot proves the casino made the bets. You are also reminded that this is my very LAST attempt at this with you.

  14. Yeah very bizarre!! How would Mfinity know who made bets in his casino account - they wouldn’t even have access to his account. That’s like saying Skrill can see what bets I make in my casino account because i made a deposit through them - just makes no sense?

  16. Of course it can have another outcome - there’s always two sides to every story, unfortunately we’ve not been able to hear the casinos side on this occasion. The OP claims the casino submitted fake evidence to LCB and GURU but of course the OP could also have fake pictures. He’s quick enough to accuse the casino of falsifying evidence but his could also be for all we know. I guess we will never know unless I’m able to get the evidence from those two sites which I am trying to do.
  17. I don’t care for what’s on trustpilot - I only care about AG and your accusations towards us, when quite clearly there are other sites who have this casino rated highly. I will not allow you to slander our name.
  18. I did not get CM to ban you - I have zero control over their decision making - nether have I caused any issue. You’re causing your own issues and there’s nothing to solve here. I’ve already waisted enough of my time on this. If I can get hold of the proof from LCB or Guru I will and close this case once and for all. I have done nothing but try and help you from the start. I could have closed your topic ages ago when complaints rejected your case but I’ve allowed you to submit your comments, your “proof”, I’ve taken the time to speak to CM to see what the think about it all and both us and CM agreed on the matter that your proof is not enough to show you didn’t make those bets. So this is now 4 sites that have pretty much concluded this case not in your favour.

I’m not sure if the score went down I can’t answer that - but I will say - the casino has a good history of solving complaints on our site which is one of the reasons why they have a high rating. Things that will reduce this are - negative complaints (that are accepted) negative reviews etc. at the moment we just aren’t getting negative reviews about them to being that rating down. This particular case couldn’t be accepted and that’s very unfortunate and out of my control - but the rating at the moment, based on their behaviour at AG and how other players are rating them is why they have a high score. We also have other reputable members in this forum playing here and having absolutely no issues at all!
