I don't know the exact legalities for casinos without a UKGC license accepting UK players, I just know that we don't offer these casinos to UK players, and as a player myself I would not play in one. If you have sent them the source of where your crypto funds have come from then see what they come back with. Did you say you had submitted the complaint with us?

The issue is they know they’re not meant to be accepting UK players because they don’t have a licence and probably their Curacao license says they shouldn’t be accepting UK players. I’m confident that it all boils down to this and this only.

Hi guys, If you've been around AG for some time, you'll know we had a feature called Suggest an Edit which is not currently active anymore, but we are working on getting it back up and running.. For Suggest an Edit you could tell us where you saw something wrong on our page and we would investigate and correct it, if applicable. For example: 1. if you see wagering requirements wrong on a bonus 2. wrong country restrictions 3. wrong max cashout/minium deposit So, for now, Please use this section to Suggest an Edit.
