Yeah but that’s very misleading by the casino, it should be clearly stated that this is bonus + deposit which is why even our team have not written bonus + deposit so I will be addressing this with them tomorrow.

Okay so the casinos terms and conditions state 40x too? If so then you can definitely open a complaint. If not, unfortunately it’s an error on our behalf, I may be able to get the team to look into it, but let me know what the t&c’s say first and then we’ll go from there.

@jan duchau as per Afi’s reply you need to include the information in your complaint. We have thousands of complaints being submitted, they don’t have time to click links and read through loads of people replies, some of which completely not relevant. You can re-submit the complaint with the correct attachments
