I think probably just attaching screenshots won’t give them a clear explanation as to what’s going on, yes they can see what’s being asked, but we’ve spoken a lot about this topic and that really should be included. Don’t forget they’ve never heard about this case before so a better written explanation from you would have been better, even adding screenshots from this topic.

Did you explain your complaint properly? I can’t see it to see what you wrote. Did you explain that the casino is clearly stalling and they’ve already submitted more than enough? I’ll see if I can access your complaint tomorrow, but I can’t change their decision I’m afraid. Only if you didn’t properly explain what had gone on. If you still have what you wrote, please post it here.

Pictures might makes sense to you because you’re from Belgium I’m not which is why I asked you to explain yourself in words! If you can’t have a conversation without losing your temper every time then yes, maybe it is best that you log out. I already stated above that I will forward your suggestions, you know I cannot do this until next week, and I’ve already explained there is no one in the office for me to talk to at the moment, I was merely trying to gather information from you to back up your suggestion when I forward it but if you can’t act like a grown up then feel free to log out. I can’t go to the team with a picture you’ve sent me I have to back it up.

Moved your topic because you failed to actually explain yourself properly! Please do not try to patronise me. On a quick google search of Tsars using a VPN I can browse and create an account there. (Not through AskGamblers) Nothing to suggest it is restricted for Belgium players.

Hey, you are entitled to your opinion, and like I mentioned I will be voicing my concerns regarding the whole thing this year. What I can promise you is that AG is not in collaboration with Smokeace and we do not favour this casino or any casino over others. However, I can see why it looks this way which is why I am happy to above me and express the concerns around it this year.

It’s not gotten ugly, we have this every year, casinos always offer these kind of incentives and we always end up with slower review timeframes, pretty standard and nothing new. ( this year just seems rather excessive than previous years) Im going to chat to them about paid reviews priority and nothing more And that’s the only reason why I will be speaking to the team It has massively effected us in the forum, but in future years, then I may have to suspend paid review contests during AG Awards period
