      Ummm...awkward one. I love the slots here and valleys is right I had a brilliant experience, made a withdrawal off a free chip and received my money in Neteller without even having to make a deposit...although it took a while, but who cares as long as u get it in the end. But I understand what u mean on a few things. I have experienced problems with the software myself, the games were slow at loading, received error problems etc. but after uninstalling and reinstalling it works fine now. Their live help facility is not the best I've seen, and I suppose they can come across a little rude at times and they do take forever to reply sometimes but I can flip it over and say that I've spoke to people that are really nice there too. It's a shame u had a bad experience there, but don't hold it against me...I still like this casino and would personally say I don't think they participate in any fraudulent activity.
