It is a very easy game to play, really. You just place a chip on wich number, colour, dozen etc you want to bet. You have varous options, but I don't think this will answer your question, or? If you could be more specific, I'll be glad to answer you. I've played roulette for many many years, and I played it almost every day. I am sure I can help you

      Hi EDBow, This type of playing, well known under rouleteplayers as 'Martingale progression' , is a dead end. Indeed you'll encounter a 10 to 15 times loss in a row. Not often offcourse, but more than enough to kill your entire bankroll. Not to mention the table limits you face. 1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-516 means you'd place after the 9th loss in a row 516 chips just to win 1 chip? In theory the Martingale progression is 100% winner, but due to table limits and the huge bankroll you'd need it is impossible to play succesfully in the long term. Just lately I witnessed odd numbers came up 12 in row, and during my long roulettecarreer I've seen more of such almost impossible series. They will show eventually
