      I believe the essence of the issue is hidden somewhere within the specific terms associated with the bonus taken by OP. Their general bonus&casino terms might be saying nothing about max cashout restrictions on free spins/free cash bonuses (as we are used to see in most online casinos) but it doesn't mean the specific promo goes with such limitation.

      Gees, Mr P, you should have asked prior losing time with this absolutely horrendous Play'N Go game.       Wish I could confirm, but the reality is quite different unfortunately... The beginning of the year wasn't exactly what I was expecting and definitely had nothing to do with with the word "luck".       Hey there and thanks for reporting. As advised already by my colleague, please use AGCCS and submit a case against them asap. If you know someone else who's having the same issue, tell them to come here and do the same. This is the most efficient and fastest way to make them pay for their shady practices cause by either refunding deposits they were not allowed to take at a first place OR by getting official warning for having too much unresolved AGCCS complaints in case they decide to refuse cooperating. And hey, don't forget to notify the UKGC as well. Although not quite sure what might be their actions and subsequent consequences for the operator. ?
