Dear lithis, I also got some bonus issues when began to gamble. Actually, quite often to be honest, and it was due to my oversights mainly, although you have already spotted that some casinos use a little bit strange bonus tactics, not to say another word ! Luckily with the mistakes also come the experience and now I even cannot imagine that a problem like yours might happen to me! Why? It's simple. Even if the support really did not told you all the terms and conditions of your bonus I would keep all the chat sessions in my inbox and would use them in case such a problem occurs! And in your situation, you could submit a complaint and prove that you were not told all the terms exactly with this chat copy! Everything in your communication with the casino is so important - better store it somewhere, cause you don't know what might be useful later on!

I really can't even imagine that someone can use any type of bonus without being in perfect aware of all its terms and conditions!!! Why don't you ask the support to tell you, to send you or to give you a link to these rules when you were accepting the no deposit bonus? Excuse me, lithis, but I think the fault is all yours and I suggest you to read very carefully this before joining your next casino! Wish you luck!

Hi, lithis! I would suggest you to read this first. Than if still having problems maybe you have to do what Luciana suggested you - to submit a complaint here. In your case, I suspect the problem is that you made the deposit a few weeks after you got the bonus. Have in mind that usually the no deposit bonuses has time frame for the confirmation deposits, so I am afraid, maybe you have late a little bit with yours!

Hi Gharaniq, I have never heard of that casino before, so made a little research! This is an Estonian casino, started at the end of December 2011 but I am sure you are in aware of this, since you are from Riga, right? Anyway, it looks somehow a bit suspicious to me, so maybe it will be a good idea to wait and see if someone has real observations for that casino before depositing there!

Hm, not an easy task, mate! At prima vista I can remember of only two casinos without any pending period and that's Virgin and Ladbrokes. I will do some extra research and post it here if found any others!

Slots, definitely! Sometimes I fell so badly in love with some of them that can play constantly no matter win or lose! When Thunderstruck II was born a couple of years ago I was making sessions of constant play for 5-6 hours each! Sick job!

Those two words tell everything! Last night made apprixametely 1000 spins playing only with bet 0,30 and 0,60. The result: 0,30/ around 750 spins / 2 free spins feature - 12xbet and 40xbet/ special feature - none! 0,60 / around 250 spins / 0 free free spins feature / 0 special feature! Wish I had your luck and never got any issue, but I play for years already in maybe more than 180 casinos and it was simply impossible to prevent from any troubles, you know! Anyway, along with the troubles I have learned a lot as you have noticed, so I guess every cloud has a silver lining!

I had almost the same troubles in the beginning with the same Playtech issues! It turned out that most of the mistakes are not due to the AskGamblers.com. Look at BetFred for example - you will never read anywhere in their T&Cs that they do not accept players from our country! I even contacted their LCS and was given a green light but when downloaded the software guess what happened - Bulgaria was not even listed in the countries so you can never manage to register there! So, what I am trying to say is yes, it is a little confusing from time to time, but it is near the impossible to maintain the information of 404 online casinos absolutely all up to date and accurate in 100%, you know! Maybe you will be much more satisfied with the Net Ent or Microgaming section?

It seems that Microgaming has put some delicate pressure upon its operators lately to allow such "flush" upon requesting withdrawals! Just a year ago that was absolutely impossible! Maybe the things are going in the right direction finally!

Hello, dear friends! Every time I request a withdrawal, my brain immediately began to look inside its records for the associated “pending period”! Questions began to flow through my mind with the speed of light, like “Was it 24 hours, or 2 days?” or “Do the weekend counts?” and etc., and actually instead of being happy, you realize that just a new stage of the worries has started?!!! Have thought a lot about all this, but frankly, never managed to get the idea for the existence of it! Who wins from it? The casinos? I doubt, since they will pay, no matter after 1 day, or 2 or a week! The player? Not at all – who will refuse to have the money immediately in his pocket without being forced to wait days? Than? My experience with those nasty “pending periods” is actually quite contradictory! Sometimes I resist on the temptation and don’t even start the casino software until I got the money – so the casino does not win much in this time, I am afraid! More likely, I don’t resist and reverse back some part of the withdrawal and usually lose it, so the casino wins. But got some lucky days, when I managed to make winnings several times bigger than the original withdrawal amount! But no matter what a mood is ruling my current temper, the “pending periods” are irritating me constantly! What do you think?
