Hi, JohnnyLondon! I'm not the person who will judge whether you are wrong or not, but since I've been in your shoes, please allow me to share some of my experience! First of all, I want you to know that players, like you, willing to stop for a while, or quit or whatever they want just to limit the losses for some time, is a very common case indeed and that's why the online gambling business has created those self exclusion terms and conditions! Actually this "resposible gaming" theme is so seriously taken by most of the casino managements in the last few years, that such problems is not so likely to occur at all! And to be more precise, with e-mails like the ones, you have quoted, where it is clearly stated the word "permanently", I think you got your point! No one should be able to reopen your account, if a permanent closure is requested! NO ONE and NEVER! That is a rock solid rule and it DOES NOT HAVE any exceptions! I know that from first hand, since I'm constantly bagging Bet365 and Betfair (the only Playtechs, accepting Bulgarian players) to reopen my accounts(closed permanently by my request a couple of years ago) but unfortunately all I got is always one and the same answer - NO! Simple and clear! So, if you still have these e-mails, I recommend you submitting a complaint and IMO, you will manage to get both the permanent account closure and a refund of all your deposits, made after the reopening! And yet one last sentence. It looks like you cannot control yourself from impulsive gambling! Perhaps it is a good time to say "stop" and rest for some months?! All I want is to help you! Darky, I'm desparate now! Yesterday I was digging around the good old uncle G (Google ) and found that actually my "7 minutes" is quite a "long time" for withdrawing! The state of Nevada is also in the game as far as I know. Actually, Black Diamond is right - something positive is about to happen in the US, concerning online gambling. I will try to find the artickle and post it here. Eventually the US government may decide that cutting all those taxes, coming from gambling was not a very good idea, especially in times like this!
