So far you have mentioned about some technical error and/or multiple accounts. In order to get a decent answer, I'm afraid you have to answer the question if you really had multiple accounts or not. Because if you have done this then the offer of 4 or even 5K is more than generous, since most of the online casinos would kick you out in the very first second after you are busted with more than one account, confiscating all of your bonuses and winnings and refunding only the initial deposits!
