  5. I see... There's really no need to be so harsh with yourself though. If we all were not 'idiots' most of the time who would go greedy enough to try for bigger wins, I guess most of the online casinos would have been out of the business long long time ago.
  6. When Sharon got back to me earlier today with this news I didn't believe it at first. Happy to know it has been sorted out... finally!
  7. Afi gave you a good advice on how you could attach the chat transcripts you mentioned. How to attach file to our forum in general you can learn here - http://www.askgamblers.com/forum/index.php?app=core&module=help Scroll down to Posting and then check Attachments.
  8. Depends on the casino... Some operators will make sure to notify their customers for any important changes/amendments into their T&Cs and request explicit acceptance. Others have a special text within their T&Cs which clearly states that it is player's own responsibility to follow casino terms and any possible updates.
  9. Eh, sorry mate, maybe next time! By the way, it's good to see a 100+ x bet feature on Game of Thrones slot again... This game is absolutely cruel with me lately...
  10. Sincerely hope this one would be good enough for you.
  11. There are some online brands which added such ''controls'' or ''limitations'' within their systems and thus protecting their players from breaking max bet bonus rule incidentally or not. However, let's be honest it costs a lot of money doing that and it's definitely not each and every online casino could afford. But then comes the players again who are free to choose whether they prefer to play in a casino brand which care about their customers and do anything possible to prevent them breaking some casino/bonus rule and have their casino experience ruined or not.
  12. Depends whether we talk about near /next 3 to 5 years/ future or not... If Yes, then my humble opinion is that there is absolutely no chance for the skill based slots to become a significant part of the gambling market. There are too many legal obstacles ahead, not to mention the key moment with the proven fact how conservative most regular online gamblers are in fact. For the not so near future... I don't know, maybe adding VR /virtual reality/ technologies will change the online gambling completely and there will be no real difference between classic, skill-based or any other type of slots we know now. Who knows...
  13. As cocopop suggested at the above post, you should have contacted the casino support as soon as you noticed the issue. Each game round has a unique identifier which could be easily tracked down and examined in case of any issue by the relevant casino department and/or the relevant software department where necessary. Welcome to AskGamblers though.
  14. Here's the relevant information concerning ProgressPlay /the owner of Fruity Kings casino/ licence with UKGC... https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/gccustomweb/PublicRegister/PRAccountDetails.aspx?accountNo=39335 You have been explained why you don't have a valid point here, but if you still believe your rights were somehow infringed, please feel free to submit a formal complaint in front of the United Kingdom Gambling Commission which is the relevant regulatory body for the aforementioned casino brand. If they accept, process and rule in your favor, please, make sure to come back here and update this forum topic. I have some serious doubts /almost 99.99% sure to be honest/, but you never know...
  15. How come?! Are you saying that the United Kingdom Gambling Commission did not even bother replying to a formal complaint you posted with them? This is shocking to say the least and I simply cannot believe that...
  16. Couldn't agree more! Indeed, kiss NetEnt games for a goodbye and play only with those operators which you consider to produce and offer better paying games. Simple as that.
  17. Hello garrytyler and welcome to AskGamblers. Don't want to be the bad messenger here, but I'm afraid you don't have a valid point here. There are casino and bonus terms which you accepted upon registering at the aforementioned brand and which you must obey no matter what afterwards. Anything is irrelevant as ticking the "I read and accept terms&conditions" is your 'signature' under the 'contract' you signed with the relevant casino. Period. Now, whether these terms are presented in the most appropriate way for the casino customers is a mile long discussion and believe me, there are no two players alike when it comes to that. For that reason there are authorities called 'regulatory bodies' which issue operating licences to online casinos and make sure these operators are following their code of practice etc etc. Meaning, that if you are not happy with the way in which the aforementioned casino represented their bonus terms you should address your complaint in front of the relevant regulatory body issued the casino operating licence. I know it's painful and rather frustrating having your hard earned withdrawal declined and confiscated, however this is the reality when it comes to modern online gambling and you should either learn how to find and read these terms from now on or you will be constantly a 'victim' of such unpleasant events. By the way, I can see you submitted a case against Fruity King Casino however your complaint is about to be rejected , simply because you did not followed the quoted bonus terms above.
  18. Well, all this weird situation with Dead Or Alive and casinos updating their bonus terms started about an year- year and a half ago when a lot of operators did either stated DOA as an exclude game while playing with bonus funds or significantly lowered its wagering contribution by 20 to 50%. Now I can see some operators are taking drastic measures when it comes to NetEnt most famous video slot and do all their best to put DOA rest in piece! It wasn't a big surprise though as there are two major reasons for casinos doing that: 1/ Whatever gambling forum you visit there is one game to dominate across their winner screenshot threads. Oh yes, it's called Dead Or Alive, what a surprise ah! And while most of the reputable and honest casino actually like big winners and try to promote them in every possible way, most online casinos are sharing completely the opposite opinion and are constantly trying to reduce big wins as much as they can, especially while and if playing with bonus funds. Sad, but true... 2/ The second and probably most valid reason is that a lot of players are simply fed up with NetEnt's new-wave video slots and prefer going back to their well known and still decent paying games such as Dead Or Alive for example. And there's one more reason of course, its called greed.
  19. Promised... Noticed in my books... Now waiting for the promised to arrive. Seriously, wish you luck no matter which games you play, but would be really awesome if someone /you for example/ could add winner screenshots for some not so popular video slots.
  20. Lady Godiva? Daytona Gold, The Tipsy TOurist... Wow, first time I hear about half of the slots in your list... Would greatly appreciate if you fill me in about these games and why they are among you top referred video slots.
  21. Bingo! In my humble opinion you nailed it with the word "irrational" as this is exactly how most men react in front of a pretty and sexy girl, let alone if she is naked. And players taking irrational decisions while gambling is exactly what every casino wants, even though I know it doesn't sound pretty.
  22. Well, Steam Tower has never been among my favorite NetEnt slots and never played it a lot. However, considering the number of the free spins you got during that feature and the increasing multiplier one would think it could paid a looooot more.. Anyways, congrats once again and keep these great winnings coming.
  23. I think I'll be quite quick about Aloha! Cluster pays... *****! Total *****! Made over 1700+ spins on last Sunday and got the incredible ... 4 free spins features...which paid LESS than 110 x bet combined! Must admit that's the last new NetEnt game which I ever tried with real funds.... It simply doesn't worth and I prefer to stick with my old but gold slot games like DOA for example.
  24. Never played any of these games... Maybe you have some great winner screenshots to show and make me wanna try them immediately.
