In fact, setting any responsible gaming options/features that are not working properly is even worse than setting none as this may lead to players getting confused and misled. Sincerely hope the original poster will manage to gather and provide adequate proofs /such as screenshots or email for example/ though and file a new complaint against the aforementioned operator.   23. I was in personal contact with the original poster and could confirm both parties achieved an agreement on resolving the issue. Wish I could tell you more, but player was pretty eloquent he was not willing to give further publicity of the story and how exactly it has been resolved. The bottom line though is that although the so called 'jackpot issue' has been resolved, the bigger problem concerning BetSoft jackpot games is still on the table.
