      Well, what we 'suspect' to be the somehow hard coded within the slot's 'behaviour' doesn't mean it must be true you know... With the huge gap of things we do not know about how RNG and RTP communicate between each other, it's only our 'gambling instinct' and personal experience we could rely on and that's not working quite well most of the time I'm afraid. Otherwise, we would all be millionaires so far. In my humble opinion, there's pretty simple explanation why so many of us share the 'suspicion' or 'instinct' or call it whatever you want that in fact slots are paying better on lower bets. And that's probably somehow in a direct dependence with the number of spins made on the relevant bet, meaning the more bets are played, the faster the payment cycle /whatever that should mean/ will be reached, meaning that bigger wins /if programmed to happen at all/ will be hit more often and by more players... That's my logic explained in a few words, of course there's o much more, but in general maybe that's how things happen with video slots. Maybe being the key word...

      It was 0.60 all the time during the session... To be honest tried with bigger bets several times afterwards hoping and exploring the Avalon II winning potential, but it never came even close to that session wins.       Well, considering it's only 1 cent required to earn a ticket, it doesn't look weird now looking at the number of tickets you said you had (230,000!). Wondering what would be if a high-roller is playing this raffle though? Your 230 000 tickets mean you wagered 2300, but what if a high-roller wagered 23,000 or even 230,000?... It's not that unusual nor impossible at all and the number of raffle tickers awarded then it would literally impossible to not win one or more of the raffle awards.

      You mean Forest Falls right? If so, yes, it's my most favorite feature too due to obvious reasons like the screenshot from above I guess.       Thanks guys! To be honest the more I play Avalon II, the more I like it... It really seems as a perfect choice for grinding wagering requirements relatively fast and safe, but above all, it's capable to produce some serious wins even when playing on the smaller bets range and that's what we are all hoping for, right!

As fiekie247 stated correctly above, whether you gonna be paid in a timely and hassle free manner depends mostly on your own choice when selecting a casino to play with. If you did the relevant due diligence and played by the casino rules, there's nothing to worry about. If not, I'm afraid you will find yourself in a big trouble as soon as a withdrawal is being requested. It's really that simple...

      For your information, the regulatory body issuing the relevant casino licence is well in aware of each and every one of the rules stated within the casino terms and conditions, including but not limited to the aforementioned 30% deposit/bonus restriction. Which means you are simply going to waste your time referring this issue further up the line and keeping empty hopes someone is able to change the situation for the better, cause that will not happen for sure. I don't know if that's fair or not, but this is how it is and let me tell you that after all these years dealing with this business I don't see how or why or when it's gonna change. Just thought you must know all this...

Terms are put there for a good reason and once accepted these must be followed afterwards. Simple and clear. And since we helped literally hundreds /if not thousands/ of players in your situation, you'd better take this whole unpleasant situations as a lesson learned, accept it and move on.
