@cocopop3011 I believe he is panicking and sharing all this information to prove he is right. I would do the same thing if there was so much money involved. @Ali al hashemy if your complaint gets rejected try again. Mention you have a withdrawal pending for over 15 days. Your verification is being delayed. Sometimes they say they are checking for gameplay sometimes they ask for source of funds. Chat is keeping you on hold and not responding.

@Ali al hashemy write in your complex that bitstarz has been delaying your payments for over 15 days. Write them that your source of funds verification has been delayed and chat tells you that gameplay checks are also being done. In the past 24 hours chat is not responding even though you contacted them multiple times. Post all chat screenshots that you posted here. Also the emails where they asked for your source of funds. After your complaint is accepted do not discuss it on the forum until issue is resolved. You can ask for guidance.

@Badboy987 we are really trying to help you here but you are delaying things. You don't need to ask the same thing from 3 different people and get approval from all 3. You should file the complaint ASAP if you want things to solve.

@Badboy987 please do not cancel your withdrawal and play down your funds. At this point it seems more like a delay tactic than gameplay or verification check. Sorry @OlleBitStarz but this is my view. Please go back to chat and tell them if your withdrawal is not processed in under 48 hours you are going to file a complaint through Askgamblers.

I am sorry @cocopop3011 for saying 3. Its actually Zero. I am not saying creating topics is the only way to contribute towards the forum but the forum goes absolutely silent when we dont have a competition. New people come to discuss their problems, ask for help but nobody offers any guidance apart from Premium members.

I said in my post the premium members have done their part when they joined the forum and even now they have been doing it regularly. I was specifically talking about new members. I have been noting their activities from past 5 months and their contribution to forum is limited to contest topics only. They barely help/guide anyone new. I don't think all of them combined have created even more than 3 topics in the past 5 months.

The replies in this topic would have been different if there was a cash prize for your entries. Sadly our forum has turned into a contest only forum instead of a Gambling forum. Most of the new members barely contribute anything apart from contest screenshots. When I joined here I used to contribute regularly by creating new topics. People who joined before me did that too. But now its just Contest screenshots. @cocopop3011 Maybe we should have eligibility requirements for taking part in our contests. Something like asking members to create a minimum number of topics every month or a specific period of time. Premium members 1 or 2 and invited members 2/3 per month or whatever you decide . Also every slot you play for the contest should be reviewed on Ag main site too. But no $5 reward for review.
