@marius1978 I have never seen you play any Playngo games. Do you not like them at all or are they restricted for your region?

Looks like your case deals with something that is not written in black and white. Sadly dispute resolution sites like AG cannot help in these matters. I suggest you file a complaint with cadre. I cannot post link so I am posting a screenshot. Please follow.

Do you have any friends with accounts at stake? If yes then did anyone or more than one of them placed these exact same bets on Stake or any other platform?

Can you log into your account? Do you mind posting your bets which helped you build your balance?

There are no random draw contests in the pipeline. They may happen next year. Btw he said "next contest" .

Which contest?

Looks like Marius and formerPokerpro are going to be the biggest fish in the forum in 2027.

Just saw the list of bidders that won the licence. How many of them give you good bouses? I read the details and it says even though new regulations will come to effect in 2027 all online casinos have been told to stop accepting players from New Zealand from 1st December. Even offshore casinos. How bad will this hit your gameplay?

And anyone who doesn't play in Myr should be restricted from playing all AG contests.

Yup. This is why you should be exempted and the minimum bet rule should not be for you. You should be allowed to bet whatever you want.

That's why I said apart from @Afi4wins. You are not playing at other forums so its understandable that it would get expensive for you. But other guys are doing 20cents, 40 cents bets without complaining.

5 cent usd. You play all games above 10 cents. This should not be problem.

That was the 10 cents rule. This is 5 cents. Its impossible for this to create issues. Recap- As far as I remember we decided on minimum bets and we ran pretty smooth with no complaints or arguments for 6 to 7 months. At least on the forum. Dont know if you were sent any PM's by someone. Suggestion- You should turn your PM's subscription based. 1st PM is free every month and then the a charge.

Where are you playing from? What deposit methods are available to you? Do you like playing with bonus money or without bonus?

Double post.

I believe we need clarity on what type of reviews AG wants. Especially the timeline. I mean if AG wants slot reviews of recently released games (2023-2026) or if they are okay with slots released even before 2020? There are many slot reviews of games which were released 10 years ago. If AG wants them its okay. I wrote a review of the game fruit zen so that we could start a conversation but nobody pointed out so I guess its okay.

There are some really amazing 5 line games so yeah it would be nice if these are allowed.

We can have an outlook for the whole year regarding themes for Premium AG contests during the starting of the year. We can have xmas, Halloween, st Patrick, sports, seasons, greek mythology, Egyptian mythology, alien, megaways and so on. Members can suggest what they want and 12 final themes can be decided.

I believe we should remove the 3 currency rule and have a minimum bet rule of 5 cents. This way people can play at more casinos. Apart from @Afi4wins and @Maiwen everyone who is active at AG is playing at other forums too and have no problem doing 20 cents and in some cases 40 cent bets. Why should 5 cents be an issue?

Its still showing bonus active with €86 in bonus money. Did you cancel the bonus?
