Now I know the comp is closed, but I had Load Shedding stage 4 so power was off for almost 6 hours last night so could not upload as internet and laptop was off and power went off 10 minutes after this screenie.

But this was exactly what I need to beat Afi's win during free spins.

This is a real beauty , as I never thought I would see 5 of kind with Top symbol.

"Any amounts can not be transferred to another Tipbet product wallet if the wagering requirements for the bonus have not been fully met or completed."

This term breaks whatever argument you or Tipbet might say. Clearly, it is evidence that, after rollover requirements were completed, the person could use the value in other things, without withdrawing, making deposits, participating in other future promotions etc.

Late to the party and only been half-assed following along, but just to reitify the point of the ambiguity of it all, while you could read that clause and see it as proof positive in your favour, the site could just as easily refute that logic by saying “The sportsbook and casino, while under the same parent company are actually two seperate and distinct entities which is why each section has its own product wallet and it is necessary to WITHDRAW funds from one product wallet and transfer them to another product wallet in order to transfer funds between said separate and distinct products”

The slotjoint one is completely pointless - how the heck would they even be able to track one of their players down on a forum / fb group or community anyway!

I maintain a pretty consistent identity across most of the internet, so in my case pretty easily.

Many people use only a single email for everything they do online which is searchable in many forums/social media sites unless they've taken the time to set privacy settings.

Bob is sent a personal code that gets posted on a forum and 6 others attempt to use it.

They claim that their alien overlords told them so..

Really.. if you're going to make up terms that allow you to void players and their winnings carte blanche I'm sure you are also fine with fudging the required proof a smidge too..

What's going to happen? HOPEFULLY, an end to this send in your documents, 4 corners etc and a move to electronic verification.

I'm surprised in fact some upstart hasn't already cornered the market on a one stop verification shop, the player submits to them once, jumps through the hoops etc and the casinos are given a green light to accept the player's deposits and play. Seems like the most efficient way to go by far.

You're at the mercy of a casino doing the right think and only utilising the terms when valid - i get why they don't want to spell out what bonus abuse to an extent but the terms are totally open to interpretation in many cases:

While the reason for having such clauses are obviously to ensure their ability to efficiently deal with actual problem players who are actively attempting to defraud the casino in one way or another, which I of course fully support, the casinos loss from such actions is really a loss to all decent players in bonuses, trust, promotions etc.

It's a double edged sword for the reasonable player though who submits to whatever verification demands are received, agrees to potentially harmful terms of use & complies with the site's guidelines and policies all while essentially acting in good faith(blind faith?) that their deposits are safe, they'll receive fair/ethical treatment and the casino will honour agreements and adhere to the regulations of their license.

Forgive the pun, but in this situation the casino really does hold all the cards.

Eloquently stated and obviously very well thought out, I'll certainly take some time to reflect upon your point of view. Thanks for sharing.

Speaking of common sense.. looks like UKGC takes another step in the right direction to cut back on some of the more common issues around KYC and Payments

Be it players who are trying to free roll off the casino in the hope that they miss something and process the withdrawal and casinos in actually implementing decent SE controls. The latter, whilst obviously powerless against folk who falsify data, would really combat the former, leaving only those who have intentionally tried to circumvent for their own personal gain - and they can lose their money that way for all i care.

Said before - personal responsibility is all but gone in this world. When i was a kid i smashed by front teeth being tripping over a kerb. Now? The parents are on the phone to the local council asking for when the kerb (despite me being a plonker on my bike) was last inspected. If there are potholes in the roads people are nearly queuing up to fall down them to claim - it's just where we are now.

This is what happens when we assign undeserved merit for mere participation. We declare that there are no losers, yet everyone knows the score.

If everyone wins and is entitled to a trophy regardless of effort or success then there is no need for individual accountability or personal growth.

If one is never accountable for failures and losses and always entitled to the rewards of success then the only reasonable explanation when they participate and the expected trophy isn't forthcoming is that someone or something else stole or impeded their deserved rewards.

This becomes all the more ridiculous when society on whole starts insisting that the onus of preventing personal failures or high risk behavior falls on anyone except the individual responsible.

We have all kinds of fault or blame to assign, yet no one willing to accept it.

Casinos will happily prey on the failure of others to keep their impulses and negative behaviors in check as long as it benefits their bottom line and they can claim ignorance or avoid accountability.

Individuals with poor impulse control and self destructive tendencies will continue to indulge their base nature as long as they can self justify and assign fault to anywhere but themselves.

Both sides are equally comfortable accepting rewards that their negative actions created and/or rejecting accountability for any harm generated in the process.

Common sense needs  a resurgence.. and quick...

If you're at bat, swing and miss not only did you fail to hit the damn ball but you cannot cry foul because you were put at risk by the person who threw the ball.

Stop blaming everything and everyone for failing to save you from your own negative actions.

Stop demanding more concern & respect for your well being than you're capable of/willing to give yourself.

If you want to point fingers and assign blame, do it in front of a mirror.

Fix yourself, then demand more from the world..

oh.. and teach your kids the same..

    /end rant

  8. Came across an example of bonus conditions that without a doubt ensure I'll never deposit, which I matched with an example I'd found myself earlier in the day and then I had an idea..

When you come across a clause in casino terms that may as well say "TAKEBACKS! CALLED IT! STAMPED IT NO ERASIES!" or "YOINK!" share them with the community ?

Slotjoint.. sorry folks, if you're reading this, better not take that bonus...

Um.... What? Intended Meaning aside, doesn't this basically say "You won some money.. we think you clicked spin wanting that to happen.. YOINK!"

Go Wild's policy Fairly standard in many places these days, but any way you slice it #3 can be simply translated to "We Reserve the right to YOINK! because we say so"

Betsafe Calls "DOUBLE YOINKSIES" just to make sure you heard them call it.

@pinnit is a well known and truly respected member of our forum community who's been helping players here with precious advice based on his huge experience as an online punter from quite some time, so once your anger is gone you might actually find his advice as pretty useful. In short, once you have chosen to go public with your problem, please prepare to get the relevant feedback despite fact you might not gonna like it.

Glad to see this was addressed so promptly and appropriately, I resisted the urge to click the reply button when I read it earlier to avoid fanning the flames and creating the impression we were all jumping on the negativity bandwagon.

The views and opinions expressed by @pinnit  @valdes are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of TheAverageGuy,

but you'd be safe to bet on the fact that they absolutely do in this instance. ?

Congrats, always nice to see that someone is hitting well, even if it's not me ?

The good news is assuming no issues with KYC or terms of service violations, your cashout shouldn't take long at all. Depends on your payment method of course, but with ecopayz the longest I ever waited on a cashout at WildTornado was about 6 hours and that was because the payments department had tech issues.. typically it was under two hours and very often a matter of minutes.

Hope you and your rewards are soon united ?

    Cheers!

  11. Seems to be the trend of the year, add amazingly HUGE payout potential at the top end, cut out any need to let the player feel that they actually got any value out of their deposit on the bottom end, tease with few and far between bonus round that could have been soooo awesome, but instead were insulting.. then every now and again one of the massive hits from the high end goes off, rtp is validated, screenshots tempt all those who haven't had the "luck" for the hit and instead have only fed the jackpot sized screenshot they now know actually happens.. and rinse and repeat...

Definitely a serious case of less bang, more buck all around.

Anybody played PnG's Raging Rex game yet? Yesterday, I played it for the first time, just to get a winning screenshot to write a game review later on, but got a surprise win instead. After that, it was simply empty spins after empty spins...so I quickly ran away! Hehehe.

    Raging Rex 534x.jpg

I was given 25 free spins on it on release at LeoVegas that I watched it thunder through leaving nothing but 6 or 7 cents in it's wake.. that was enough to deter me for now.. I have enough high volatility temptations as it is ?
