Normally a decent casino, so I'd maybe look at getting @TheAverageGuy to help share any of his Canadian wisdom and/or common issues (that's if he has remembered how to withdraw)

Of course I remember, I select ecopayz and click withdrawal.. then run away and keep busy so I don't also remember how to reverse  ?

I save that for when it lands in ecopayz and I can send it back out for a new set of backup spins ?

  2. for canadian's we have a SWIFT code, can be googled by bank name.

then the format tends to be

Transit number (e.g. branch code eg. BSB) 5 Digits
Financial institution number (e.g. IN number) 3 digits
Account number (up to 12 digits)

Swift Code for TD is TDOMCATTOR

so if for example   bank 00219 transit 003 acct 7483920

    TDOMCATTOR

    002190037483920

will email you a cheat sheet.

Just as another aside, make sure it's not US funds, most times if it is it has to go through an intermediary branch in the US first which is another swift code and a fee ?

  3. The question as I see it, based on their clever bit of legal-speak, becomes "are their responsible gambling policies sufficient in achieving the required due diligence  to satisfy the standards of their licensing and are there any weaknesses that were clearly overlooked or "good enough to pass the bar" that in fact allowed them to ignore very clear and obvious signs of a player who was above their limits, beyond their means and out of their depth emotionally?

Previous decisions I've read on such matters held the casinos to task for far, far less "warning signs" than mentioned resulting in rather large financial levies against the sites who were given opportunity to revamp/create internal policies as required and have appropriately trained and experienced individuals working the necessary roles in the company to adequately fulfill the terms of their licensing rather than just pay it lip service. Those who were on second and third opportunities at times have had licenses pulled and doors shuttered..

Of course it entirely depends on who is hearing the case being made, their own particular viewpoint and political/professional stake to be gained in the outcome.

Obviously "Well I'm playing elsewhere.. so obviously the clear signs of an out of control player should just be ignored, keep perusing me, I just need a little more sugar to sweeten the pot" is WEAK as can be while claiming they acted in the best interest of the player. "What? I stopped slapping her aound and she went right over to bob's house and he hit her too.. it's pretty obvious she just enjoys rough role play..nothing to see here"

Best of luck in the continued journey ?

Cheers Conor - thought as much but was just curious as always ?

Is there any chance that the grammatical errors also spill into the numerical kind? - Kinda hoping it would mean that a 5 quid bonus would magically become 500?

Yes.. yes it can I.e. “I gave you 20 super spins on x slot” ($1) turns out to be “here have 20 $5 mega ultra duper awesome spins”

hea not just a pretty face, he makes adorable mistakes too ?

    Quick question Conor?

Probably not the first time you've been asked (or indeed maybe answered!) but the lack of quickspin on the slots?

    1. Is this due (imposed) to the games running on the Alderney Licence? - BGO are the same.

It's because he still hasn't forgiven the pigs for not letting him in.. and don't even get him started on who "suggested" a party at the beach in the first place..

@TheAverageGuy, it appears you found another one of the blunders! Good spot ;)
I would like to confirm that the spins are on Big Bad Wolf :)

    Conor

Glad to hear it, I’m not above showing the sites I have interludes with some of  the goods, but I like to believe I’m still high class enough to warrant the good spins ?

  8. For converting from crypto to fiat localbitcoins and paxful facilitate excrow exchanges between users from most coins to many fiat currencies with multiple delivery methods.

Coinbase wallet allows for transfer of fiat from coin sales in your wallet to paypal for certain countries.

many new wallets/exchanges also offer similar services, all take a cut along the way including those listed above.. just the cost of dealing in crypto.

Crypto sholdn't be kept in exchanges as a general security precaution, if you don't own the crypto-keus, you don't own the crypto, you're best to set up pc/smartphone based personal wallets and/or save offline to a physical storage device

much more info and advise than I can offer is always just a google search (and avoiding ***** sites) away.

    cheers!.

    Yeah

I am waiting on that new Screenshot Contest with a 2000 euro prize pool. Similar like the Pragatic Play and BGaming ones.

I noticed while practicing my point and click, Russian to English auto-translate skills that  FastPay and a few others are willing to offer some rather generous prizes for "play mode" top multiplier competitions.. maybe see if it's like an anti-english conspiracy or they just didn't know we like contests here too ?

I did honestly did apologize sorry I am frustrated about this rejecting the complaints I have been making.

Already water under the bridge, we've all been there.

I personally have never felt the inclination to play at SlotsMillion, can't rightly say why off the top of my head, but I'd guess something in the terms rubbed me the wrong way, or the stated withdrawal times or I didn't like the particular font face they used.. (I can sometimes just not like the vibe of a place) ?

I do however completely understand the frustration, one wouldn't have to dig too far around the net to find a rather disgruntled post from me dressing down Rizk for the pending period "new normal" as my withdrawal times went from minutes when I first started playing to consistently pending 12-24hrs and support just brushing it off when I inquired with a blanket "we've always aimed for 24hrs, don't contact until that has passed"

Long story short, since the post, it's been much longer than 24 hours since we spoke.. my next deposit there and my continued loyalty, as I stated so cleverly, is pending.. period.

To the matter at hand, my suggestions were genuine, in the wee hours when no one is around and I am poking around here and there,  I often offer what answers, help or experience I may have on whatever is sitting lonely on the forums without any replies. Feel free to always take it with a grain of salt, I'm just another of the spinsane masses looking to find the reel deal.

    Cheers!

To be honest, i'm more surprised 32Red were the good ones as their RG history is patchy - if you ask to Self-Exclude they told you they'd email, you'd complete a form and then return it for it to be actioned. May have changed now but that wasn't that long ago.  Not singling these casinos out, all public information, but again this has been the UKGC's View for a number of years.

Times are tight.. Taxes are high, competition fierce.. The "smaller" shops can only afford the monetary slap on the wrist so many times before their margins don't work ?

Not everyone has the bankroll of say GiG/MTST who can just write it into the bottom line, close up some less popular clones and consolidate their dominion..

Used Mandarin they have like 3-4 sites looking the same and owned by the same brand I guess, Grand Eagle, JackpotWheel, Black Lotus etc.
Be careful their slots are extremely difficult to get some big wins on I remember that only way for me to get some big win was to gamble winnings on some slots and let's not start with their Europen Roulette it happened to me 3 times that I covered whole board and 1-2 numbers that I didn't bet on came multiple times in a row.
They do not offer live casino and all are working without a license and blacklisted on AskGamblers.

The whole group got my nod of disapproval long ago based on their predatory bonus terms, low withdrawal maximums, extended payout times and endless unresolved/unaddressed player concerns/complaints. That very little has changed in the terms & conditions leads me to believe my choice to not put them on my list of sites to trust with a deposit remains valid.

    Personal recommendations?

Videoslots have largest selection of providers and slots, almost no pending period, fast withdrawals and decent player incentives/rewards.

N1 meets most of the same said above and adds in some pretty decent perks for loyalty (5x wagering bonuses, cashnacks, etc)

Twin has a team who seem to get what players are looking for and while fairly new (under current management) are doing everything right so far in my opinion.

and various others for various reasons, but I'll leave room for others ?

I just find it odd that I make a complaint about SlotsMillion withdrawal time I submitted a screenshot of me talking to felix, and I always get a message telling me that my complaint was rejected. Now it's at the point where I try to make a complaint and it wont even submit to be reviewed. I think that players from Canada where they said the withdrawal times are delayed should be warned at least because if you expect your money within a timely manner it will not happen.

Shot in the dark (seriously..) perhaps try without the SS? haven't dug that deep on AG T&C but sharing private dialogues publicly may not fly?

My best guess, either that or they don't like the tone, language, punctuation/spacing..

    Cheers!

Loyalty sucks sometimes, even though I don't Play or deposit as much as you guys any more I do still have  select few casinos I stick with and I'd never made it as a VIP but hardly ever get loyalty rewards anymore.!! The other half players a lot less too so I can't evem use any he used to get! Going back a few years ago my inbox would be packed. But in all the years I've been playing I've never been made a VIP.

But I think I have to agree with the other comments and move on to the next casino. Their loss!

As I've heard at rizk and seen in other places, out of the blue, decent free offers or super great rewards tend to be reserved for player return/reactivation enticement and to acquire new players. Sites that honour the loyalty and long term play of their players seem to be growing fewer and further between.

Easy fix though if you're missing that VIP treatment, take the top 3 spots you've been feeling neglected/unappreciated by and don't visit them at all until they add you to that "reactivation/retention" list.. in the meantime, enjoy some sign-up bonuses and showering of spins etc from the sites working hardest for new players.

They could learn a lot from vegas.. show yourself to be a "player" even once and they never stop providing you with complimentary offers to return and try again and again and again, with the bribes getting sweeter and sweeter as your "wagered" tally grows to ensure those play numbers stay on their books rather than slipping out and into the pockets of the guy next store offering the same games..
