    • Good catch, thanks Afi4wins - no bonus buys on my end, my 310x was base game on a 40p stake. I'm definitely in for this contest, first entry coming before the weekend. Does a screenshot of a big free-spins trigger count the same as a regular win?
    • Finally eh @formerPokerpro ...a winning screenshot from ZVH for this contest. 😜
    • @cakirr4646 Okay, now I'm seeing a better picture of your situation. One question - was the 19000 EUR winning derived purely from your 77% VIP bonus? If so, then the bonus term specifically state a max withdrawal amount of 5000 EUR...not 10x the bonus amount or whatever else. This is sometimes stated in the T&C, whereby it would state that the Bonus Term prevails over the General Term! So, your max allowed withdrawal amount should be 5000 EUR and not that 2181 EUR! The dispute now lies in the allowed max withdrawal amount, and also why the casino had rejected your withdrawal claim! This is the case you can fight for. 😇
    • Thank you for your opinion, but there are several important facts missing from your interpretation. My first disputed balance was approximately €19,000. SpinAura reduced/confiscated this balance by relying on a maximum cashout rule connected to the bonus. After that, approximately €2,181 remained available to me. However, I did not simply decide to keep playing instead of withdrawing it. I attempted to withdraw the €2,181, but my withdrawal request was rejected/blocked by the casino. I have evidence of those rejected withdrawal attempts. Since I was unable to withdraw, I continued playing with the remaining balance and increased it again to approximately €9,000 (€9,623.08). At that point, SpinAura’s own system showed: Real money: €9,623.08 Bonus money: €0.00 Nevertheless, SpinAura again applied the previous €2,181 limit and removed the additional winnings. Therefore, this dispute is not simply about whether casinos generally have maximum cashout rules. The important questions are: 1. Why was I prevented from withdrawing the €2,181 when I attempted to do so? 2. Where exactly in SpinAura’s terms does it state that the €2,181 cap continues indefinitely until a successful withdrawal is completed, even after the bonus balance is €0 and the account explicitly shows the funds as REAL MONEY? 3. Why did the specific terms I saved for the 77% VIP Weekly Reload Bonus state a maximum win of €5,000, while SpinAura later relied on a different 10x calculation? We are talking about an initial balance of approximately €19,000, followed by another balance of approximately €9,623. This is not a minor misunderstanding. I am asking SpinAura to provide the complete account and bonus history, the rejected withdrawal records, and the exact version of the terms applicable at the time of each confiscation. Until those facts and contractual terms are examined, I don’t think it is fair to conclude that “the casino did nothing wrong.”
