Trada Offering Something Exclusive?

Recommended Posts

Hey @Fiekie247 :)

In the past, we have sent out emails like the above to our registered players asking for feedback and to leave a review if they wish :)

We genuinely did not expect this big of an uptake!

We have invited AskGamblers to delete these reviews if they feel they are in the wrong.

But thank you already to everyone who has left constructive criticism, such as all those mentioning the $5 deposit removal. We are already in discussion to reintroducing this.

We always specify that they can be either good or bad reviews, but the main thing is that they're honest reviews. In this way, we wouldn't be discriminating against someone who wishes to leave a bad review  - in fact, we would encourage a player to speak their mind so that we may improve our offering :)

@ValDes, I am sorry if this is taken in the wrong light, as we would never want our reviews to appear spammy, that was never our intention.

@TheAverageGuy, it appears you found another one of the blunders! Good spot ;)
I would like to confirm that the spins are on Big Bad Wolf :)

TradaCasino in my eyes is a really good casino they have a lot of providers etc and never heard anyone had a big problem with them and this what they did is normal marketing scheme and I think that it was done correctly because player can leave 1star and they won't have a problem with that as soon its honest review but in the same situation when you are giving someone something free 90% of people won't care and will just write 20words review saying how nice the site it.

Glad to hear it, I’m not above showing the sites I have interludes with some of  the goods, but I like to believe I’m still high class enough to warrant the good spins ?

@Conor@Trada

Not a problem, was just wondering. I think I left review a long time ago and I believe it was a good review. Hope some of those punters will make a withdrawal from those spins ?

@copyyy

Yes Trada is good casino and trusted no doubt, however I am not a regular player there.

If only they were not to run most games on the QuickFire platform, then I would definitely be a regular depositor. But Quick fire platform is restricted for my country and all BTG and NextGen and some others run of the Quickfire platform which means my slot options are limited.

Also the fact that you cannot spin and stop the reels manually or set the game to quickspin on Netent is another irritating factor.

If they can fix the above mentioned issues, I will play there regulary.

Hey Conor :)

Long time no hear from you mate, hope you are doing great!

No worries, as long as you have explicitly specified "Leave a honest review, good or bad..." everything is okay and your campaign IMHO does not violate the AskGamblers Posting Guidelines.

What’s that? An AG exclusive promo from Trada? I always knew I liked you.

how about..   first to be the ***** that points out 3 proof reading errors on the trada  site or promos beats me by 1?

?

Quick question Conor?

Probably not the first time you've been asked (or indeed maybe answered!) but the lack of quickspin on the slots?

1. Is this due (imposed) to the games running on the Alderney Licence? - BGO are the same.

2. If so, will this likely change in the future or will a possible '3 second rule' between spins mean it'll stay as it is?

You'll likely get mainly positive reviews as, aside from the above and a platform that IMO could do with a spring clean, Trada is a top Gin Joint(no way influenced by my recent bonus added due to being with you guys for 3 years ?)

See - I can be friendly to reps.

It's because he still hasn't forgiven the pigs for not letting him in.. and don't even get him started on who "suggested" a party at the beach in the first place..

Hey @TheAverageGuy... who knows! It might just be haha

Given the fact my grammatical errors seem to be all too common it would be a pretty quick competition though!

Hey @pinnit2015

Not the first, and can guarantee won't be the last either - happy to help regardless ?

The lack of quickspin comes down to a few things, and depends on the game provider.

So, NetEnt for example, this was due to the location our NetEnt games were hosted from. In this case, Alderny. Which means the quickspin function cannot be enabled due to regulation issues.

There is plans to change the hosting location in the future, but this is more a long term plan than a quick fix.

I hope this clarifies it for you

Look @Fiekie247 it's the AG curse, no sooner do I start a review praising the way the reps get things done and here he is trading jokes, giving @pinnit2015 spins, while we're left out in the cold waiting until years from now.. or tomorrow.. samesies.

That's it! I take back every nice thing I ever said about you @Conor@Trada at least until I finish this line and hit send.

Cheers Conor - thought as much but was just curious as always ?

Is there any chance that the grammatical errors also spill into the numerical kind? - Kinda hoping it would mean that a 5 quid bonus would magically become 500?

Yes.. yes it can I.e. “I gave you 20 super spins on x slot” ($1) turns out to be “here have 20 $5 mega ultra duper awesome spins”

hea not just a pretty face, he makes adorable mistakes too ?

I hope Conor's reading this and adding bonus's to accounts, whilst partaking in Sunday beverages, as well. Those blurry, beer filed eyes, coupled with trigger happy keyboard fingers, can only mean one thing: £££££££££ $$$$$$$$$$$

Did anyone in the UK receive this email? I haven't had it and wouldn't have minded 25 free spins....

Hope they were as good as their word in awarding the spins regardless of review content... Doubt they will have too many bad ones though, they've only got better and better over the years from my point of view.

I do miss their old black jack though, don't know who operated it but I had a couple of completely insane runs on it maybe 5 years ago.. Ahhh... those were't days I say me old friends, them t'was days!

Nope, I didn't get one but I haven't deposited here for quite a while. Maybe it's recent depositors only, are you?

  • 1 month later...

Trada casino has the worst support there could be, asking question regarding license restrictions in holland  and providing a data sheet with all plays on account resulted in an account ban without notification, or giving a reason. Funds on account gone.

Asking questions they dont like: cut all communications.. Do NOT play at trada.. Licensing body ( Jersey) is already looking into this,
