     I have been trying to get my jackpot winnings withdrawn, I was firstly allowed to make 5 $3000 withdrawals after that everything stopped and I would just be given excuse after excuse, my account was verified, no rules were broken, they simply don’t want to pay the money.. 

    yesterday I had a vip manager email me and try to get me to accept a payment of 35k and to not make a complaint and shut my  account.  I continually asked why I was not getting my winnings, I never get answers
