Madmonkeyfun,still no response email wise I did phone one of their sites tho an was told my mails have been received an they are working through them in order of receipt i sent my original email on the 1st June so for me to still have had no contact there must have been literally thousands of others who replied before me so just a case of waiting for them to work there way round by God this is going to cost them !!!

Yep I would imagine your email is in the line of thousands of others players. This topic became instantly popular and that's just for members that have read it. So I think a little patience would probably help. Keep us posted.

Madmonkeyfun thsts brilliant news if you don't mind me asking do you know what day you gave them your bank details? Just so I can get a rough idea of how long they are taking they've had my details since 7th but then apparently bumped it up on the 15Th

Thanks, F1l1z I sent my original email on the 1st of June, with my details on there, I also sent follow up emails every 3 days, but never heard anything back, I then sent them 3 new emails to different addresses on them, with all of my details on there on the 16th and I have now just heard back from them, so in total  including the weekend it took about 4 days.

Got my reply todat ssuing a refund is being processed. Didn't say how much for, I hope they will be totally honest and they get audited independently as they have probably taken hundreds of thousands from people. How long did you guys wait for refund to be processed? Hoping itll be sooner than 7 days.

I got off the phone to them today and I've been told to allow more time they've actually said that they have blocked emails so that they can deal with the backlog so I gave my details on the 7th and the relabent department has had it since 12th June but it's still waiting on the que to be looked at I'm going away in 3 weeks and this could be a good bonus they've said it will get sorted before then but there's a lot of people that have received that email

Hi madmonkeyfun I'm not even entirely sure which casinos are owned by cassava but I've just got off the phone to 888 casino and foxy bingo

888 I deposited thousands apparently but excluded myself in June 2015

And foxy said they close the account in December 2015 and I deposited £700+

Shame it wasn't the other way round but I'm not sure if I played any and excluded before 888

Hello Everyone, I also recived this email in regards to a refund two weeks ago. The only problem is they claim it's from one site Farm yard bingo when in actuality it's due from around 40 sites. Probably around 7-10 grand lost altogether. I first self excluded years ago due to a run of bad luck it was the first casino I excluded from and I didn't know the full terms. Every week new letters asking me to join would land on my door step and I would think nothing more of it as the sites names where completely different. I played although excluded for so many years and never thought anymore of it, it was only last year when I tried to make a withdrawal they said that I was excluded from the first site and that would not be happening. I was shocked as you can imagine, and to now be told I'm only due a refund from one site is another shocker. I'm happy people are being refunded. If anyone has any advise on how I can dispute this I would be very grateful. I have all bank statements as it's the same account used for all these years. Thanks everyone :)

hi Newdello have you been paid out yet? If they are all from cassava enterprise sites I would send an email with every bit of evidence attached to it. If you haven't been paid out yet the only thing I can say is my email said " operational issue on one of your accounts" but when I called them they said it was multiple sites but couldn't give me more info as to which ones I don't know many of them but know for definite that I deposited and played 888 and foxy they said I self excluded from 777 as well but I'm unsure of that because I was told I never deposited I've only ever self excluded when it feels to be a problem

Hello, thanks for reply. I've not been paid yet no. The only evidence I have will be my bank statements. Hopefully they just mentioned one site but may mean the rest too. I hope everyone realises how many sites Cassavs actually owns it's around 200. Bingo sites and Casinos. Many self excluded players have been spending no doubt hundreds of thousands if not millions without ever being allowed to withdraw. It's blatant theft and I hope everyone gets reimbursed and not a small percentage of deposits made. I will seek legal action if they don't pay a considerable amount back to me. For now I just have to wait like everyone else :)

I am in the same boat got email on 1st replied immediately not heard anything emailed again with my 888 and foxy username still no reply glad to see some have had refunds will just have to wait

 

Be patient papatops they're dealing with tins of emails at the moment I'm sure they'll get back to you.

Everyone that's posted on this forum am I right in thinking you all got your emails on the 1st June because they are now saying that they are dealing with people that were emailed in April and may right now. If that's the case I'm assuming this will be a longggg wait
