Hello F1l1z it was 5 weeks from giving them my bank account details. And yes it should be all or nothing. I think they are paying back the min while making out to The gambling commision they are refunding full amounts. They have been told to refund all self excluded players or lose there license as self excluded players could never withdraw so it was classified as theft. Ive contacted them asking why they have only refunded 15% of my deposits as i have all evidence of transactions now. So i will see how that goes before taking legal action. I'll keep all updated.

Hi everyone, yesterday i recived a update after five weeks. Im being refunded £1152 Like the above well under what i have spent. I shall email them to relook. I have spent much more and been refused a withdrawel when i tried to request one as the sites where connected. If you cant withdraw you should never be alowed to deposit. Has anyone else heard anything back? Good luck everyone.

Usually the deposit limit is upheld on all Sister sites too. I don't understand why yours was not. You should look into that as I have never played a site with a deposit limit in place where it has not came into effect on all connected sites. Read the terms about this as it's unusual.

Hello, thanks for reply. I've not been paid yet no. The only evidence I have will be my bank statements. Hopefully they just mentioned one site but may mean the rest too. I hope everyone realises how many sites Cassavs actually owns it's around 200. Bingo sites and Casinos. Many self excluded players have been spending no doubt hundreds of thousands if not millions without ever being allowed to withdraw. It's blatant theft and I hope everyone gets reimbursed and not a small percentage of deposits made. I will seek legal action if they don't pay a considerable amount back to me. For now I just have to wait like everyone else

Hello Everyone, I also recived this email in regards to a refund two weeks ago. The only problem is they claim it's from one site Farm yard bingo when in actuality it's due from around 40 sites. Probably around 7-10 grand lost altogether. I first self excluded years ago due to a run of bad luck it was the first casino I excluded from and I didn't know the full terms. Every week new letters asking me to join would land on my door step and I would think nothing more of it as the sites names where completely different. I played although excluded for so many years and never thought anymore of it, it was only last year when I tried to make a withdrawal they said that I was excluded from the first site and that would not be happening. I was shocked as you can imagine, and to now be told I'm only due a refund from one site is another shocker. I'm happy people are being refunded. If anyone has any advise on how I can dispute this I would be very grateful. I have all bank statements as it's the same account used for all these years. Thanks everyone
