  1. that is true, it's because the UK licensing laws are different to the rest of Europe and if 888 don't follow them they could lose their license that's why they are trying back pay all UK residents, sorry to hear you ain't getting any refund mate.

  4. Niklas do as they say and send off the required documents by replying to their email and you should get a notification that they have received you email then within 7 working days you will be refunded the amount they state. it's not a scam although it looks like one it's actually genuine
  5. I question my refund 2 weeks ago and they responded within 48 hours saying they owe me another 300 to which they paid within 4 days which was fast
  6. Chris I would definitely get in touch with them, it should only take 7 working days to get refunded from the processing email you received also there should be the number to call them on further back in this thread
  7. It was a long shot and I said I would check into my bank statements myself which was a bluff and it paid off plus it doesn't cost anything to try your luck, happy days

After seeing others on here question the amount refunded I thought I'd question cassava myself on the amount I received to which the have responded saying they have found more deposits made by myself and they will refund them, so I advised others to question their refunds all it took was a reply email to the original email they sent me with the reference number
  9. I received a payment over a month ago but after seeing several of other people posting how they have not received a correct refund I have now emailed them to look into it deeper and I have said I too will look into it, will keep you all posted on the outcome

  12. I received an email last week saying I would be refunded in the next 7 business days and it's been 4 days and still nothing so they got till Tuesday, will keep you all informed
  13. I'm laughing at the fact that I went onto a different forum and everyone was saying how stupid someone must be to believe it is a genuine email and that most of them have just deleted it, whoops looks like they're the stupid ones lol

I agree, they could of give us a number to contact and then give us some of our details what they should have as proof it's genuine and took our details over phone, but if they say do it by email it could be so they have evidence in black and white that they are doing something about the security error they made
