  1. It's rubbish don't buy that *****! They will have a record you don't have to provide evidence. They were close to loosing there UK licence and probably think we'll we've done our bit we've refunded some players. Threaten to complain to a complaints body and gambling commision etc. I did and low and behold they found another 550 pounds on top of the original 500 they refunded. I didn't have to provide evidence. I asked them for evidence they didn't owe me more. They are the ones who broke the law not the players. So just remind them of that
  2. Bit off topic about cassava. But I noticed that I have a self exclusion in place with euro grand casino owned by William hill, yet I have been permitted to deposit with them over the last few years after my exclusion with there sister company. I spoke to an online rep who tried to fob me off saying they don't have access to euro grand. How do you start the ball rolling to get them investigated like cassava were? I don't think they understood the seriousNess of my query. I'm not going to let them get away with it. Come on people, people power! Let's get our money back!!!
  3. Yes do check. I had a refund of 505. Wasn't sure at the time this was right. I basically emailed them back this amount cannot be right. If the correct amount is not paid I shall be reporting you where you would loose your licence. They replied with days saying oh we have investigated further back to 2012 and found more I am now waiting for a further 520 pounds. Sounds like they are trying to fob people off! Aqua pay were ones that was not orignally refunded. Couldn't come at a better time. Am I going to gamble it? No bloody way, I've learnt the hard way they are all crooks, rather save it.
  4. Sounds like they are all up to it. Was allowed to deposit on starspins and realised it's sister site is jackpot joy where I have a self exclusion still in place until 2018, virgin games and several others. I have asked for a refund! See how I get on with them
  5. I too had refund 2 weeks ago and have emailed them back saying this is under the amount I should be getting. I told them to recheck the amounts and I require all sites they manage and what the transactions will appear on bank statements. I have told them that people will complain, check and forward complaints to the gambling commission where if they are found to not be refunding the proper true amounts they would loose there UK licence as they have been instructed to do so. Surely this mess would be independently be audited. I am sure they are hoping people will not know what the amount should be and are happy to receive anything. I received £505 but after several years of heavy gambling I believe this amount is so off.
  6. Got my reply today issuing a refund is being processed. Didn't say how much for, I hope they will be totally honest and they get audited independently as they have probably taken hundreds of thousands from people. How long did you guys wait for refund to be processed? Hoping itll be sooner than 7 days.

  8. I've heard nothing in over 2 and a half weeks sent several emails with my details. Still waiting for a reply. I am hoping they are not just picking a select few to refund for there records.
