  1. I got a reply today as well confirming a refund, one was from cassava and another from one of their sites, both for the same amount, looks like they're catching up now, was waiting about two weeks for the email!
  2. At least most people have received some sort of response, I've sent numerous emails over the past couple of weeks and haven't had a response to any of them, not even an automated one! I've sent new emails stating the incident number, but still nothing.
  3. Same with me, seem to be ignoring my emails too, they could just be busy though but some acknowledgment would be nice!
  4. That's good news then, still haven't had a reply from them to any of my emails, did everyone here receive an automated one when they send them the info? I didn't even get one of those!
  5. I've sent a few already, sent my details yesterday then another email today asking them to verify if they've received them, but nothing back as yet, guess I'll wait till Monday now and see if I hear anything

I had two emails from these and didn't know whether to respond, one was from bingosecurity@cassava net and the other from casinosecurity@cassava net, the bingo one had an amount they apparently owe me but the casino one didn't state an amount, I called the number 08002794569, they told me to reply to each email as the may be two separate amounts to be paid...I hope so! The person on the phone also confirmed the emails to me legit.
