Greetings AG Community ,

Just thought I would raise the issue of Weekend Withdrawals I've noticed that a lot of Casino's allow weekend

cashouts and some don't providing reasons such as finance department staff have to have time off etc and

after confronting this issue multiple times I felt like maybe its time to talk about it .

I'm not sure how others feel but being left on the ropes in pending having to wait an entire weekend because

financial staff are away I think is quite lame considering that the ability to deposit still exists so then why shouldn't

the ability to withdraw I refuse to accept that common excuse of no staff around its stone age to assume that

funds cannot be moved just because its the weekend I mean come on.

My view on things is withdrawals should be available 24/7 to E-Wallets and all things that can be transacted

outside of banking hours or business days I keep hearing that one used too "business days" IMHO that Saturday

and Sunday are business days too money is flowing so it should be regarded as a business day as business

is being conducted.

I view the ability to refuse Cash Outs on weekends as an obvious evasion tactic to trap withdrawals in pending so

that punters become frustrated and end up reversing : myself I just end up playing one of 5 mmo's so its effect

on me is about as much a pesky fly with a can of fly spray handy ...but I'm sure others feel the weight of temptation

and frustration ...the synergy of which results in the desired effect.

More Weekend Withdrawals are Needed Casino's and so called VIP flushing is a jest it should be available to everyone

as is quite obvious the more successful ventures are offering Weekend Withdrawals and Fast Processing so it makes

good business sense to adopt this policy ...in my humble opinion.

Thank you for your time ,

-T

I believe all top notch casino do not have this weekend pending snizzle. In fact, yesterday I managed to make withdrawal from a free spins winning. Got an email from them that the processing time could take up to 5 working days and that 48 hours pending time excluded. So in about 7-10 days I should receive my small withdrawal of €30. I am not complaining though as long they pay.

It is wise to gain more information about withdrawal time frames from casinos before playing. If a casino has a pending time of 48 hours and/or no weekend withdrawals then I won't bother play there except only for freebies of course :D

In my opinion, cash out process time should as fast as deposit process time.

Ideally yes Leo. If the condition like internet payment interruptions doesn't affect the withdrawal process they can reason it out and the worst reason they can make is if the internet shutdown, that will be a big problem.  :D

If the internet is shutdown I think we will go back in time, like the 80's. Phonebook will be printed again, phonebooth will be placed again, the end of the mobile phone, bankrupcy of google and all social media ports. To be honest, this might do us more good than bad :)

I think that's the worst case scenario, but the term that I used was slightly worse than that.  I mean a temporary "offline" for the internet system of payments Leo mate.

  • 2 years later...

When I first joined wagerbeat casino they processed withdrawals within the hour even on the weekend, but now they have slowed down and I wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours, weekends are non existant now. I emailed them and questioned why they are now taking so long and I was told pending period is up to 48 hours and staff do their best to process as quickly as possible. As for weekends they are saying 2 business days so if I make a withdrawal on Saturday they are holding my money until Tuesday before processing. I am thinking of leaving but as an Australian player it's hard to find a decent casino, so I put up with the delay because I know I will get my money.

I am sitting here wondering, how you came across this post to be able to call it up again since the last reply has been since 2017.

You either must have a lot of time on your hands, scrolling through the pages.

Either way I believe you were the one opening threads for Australian players right?

BTW I don't think I can even wait 24 hours for my money these days, if you cannot pay within 3 hours max, then I cannot play there.

Same here, no way I would deposit a dime in an online casino not offering 24/7 support, including financial related one of course. If you are going to take money in the form of deposits over the weekend than you must make sure you are ready to give back some in the form of withdrawals.  Ain't this the only fair and honest logic that should cover this process... ?

Am I the only person left in this entire world that doesn't mind waiting a couple of days to get the money? I withdrew from a casino earlier in the year, can't for the life of me remember what one it is now but they too didn't process at the weekend but to be honest it didn't bother me. Come Monday something was wrong with my docs had to resubmit and wait another 48 hours. But I got it in the end, guess I have more patience that the rest of you ?

You are not - If its a substantial amount then yes I would have the patience... think of me praising the GameTech group that takes 5 days to process, so I have alot of patience.

Winning aint easy these days, and now if I win, I wanna withdraw it immediately. I havent won anything in the last 3 months really, as in being in profit, unless I cannot remember, given work is so hectic.
