  1. Hi Aussie players I'm wondering if any of you are having withdrawal problems using your Visa card, every time I withdraw it's being declined and I'm being told my withdrawal method is not available for my area. I contacted my bank and they informed me that is not the case, they said that they allow customers to decide themselves if they want to gamble and if you want you can select the gambling block. So I emailed the casino and told them that it was not my bank. Today I noticed Visa withdrawal has been removed as an option from the casino withdrawal page. I really enjoy the casino I play at but now I have to use bank transfer so anything under $300 cannot be withdrawn. I'm wondering what methods Aussies are using to withdraw winnings and whether Visa is still working for them.
  2. Haha yes you were right. Thanks for helping to keep me sane through this process.
  3. My money has arrived in my account this morning. I have to say King Billy have been great and kept me informed through all of my concerns and have also given me the name of a new bank that I shouldn't have problems with sending visa payments, I opened a new account so hopefully I won't need to use international money transfer again.
  4. Yes I've been trying hard to get my money back, I opened a new account with a different bank and had to wait over a week for my new visa card to arrive, sadly the withdrawal didn't go through, I have been keeping in contact with the casino by email and they have tried to help me as much as possible. They recommended an Australian bank which they haven't had problems with and they also recommended I do a bank transfer so I can get my money while I wait for the new card to arrive. I made a bank transfer on the 1st of January and it is still pending, it says one to three days for bank transfers so I'm hoping it goes through soon. If it doesn't I will try the visa card the casino recommended I get. I don't know why my new card was declined as when I opened the account they assured me that it would be fine. I'm starting to worry I'm going to say goodbye to my $1300 winnings. It was 1400 but I lost a hundred dollars yesterday. Haha one hundred in two and a half weeks is pretty good for me. It's been difficult watching my money and not gambling. I'm worried about depositing until I find a way to get my winnings back. I find it very strange that two different banks visa cards are not accepting withdrawal but I have no problem depositing to my account using them. I was thinking of testing them with another casino just to make sure it is my card.
  5. I have been playing at King Billy for quite some time as well as other online casinos and I have never had a problem, but the last withdrawal I made were declined and the money put back in my account. I contacted support both in live chat and by email and was told the problem was with my bank and not at their end. So I went to the bank and was told there's nothing they can do, they said visa had stopped the payment. The next part of the conversation was odd, the bank manager suggested I open an account with another bank and use a new card. I'm in Australia and I'm wondering if anyone else has had visa card payments stopped from being returned. I spoke with the new bank I joined and they said they they knew nothing about visa stopping money from gambling sites. They hinted it might just be my bank which is a local credit union, but when I said so you think it's just the credit union they said they would rather not comment. I'm trying to find a way to get my winnings back, I opened a skrill and netteller account but was told by the casino I can't use them from Australia. Any advice on how to get my winnings would be great or if you are using visa successfully the name of the bank would be great.
  6. I played at Mr Bet until they closed business with Australia, I personally found withdrawals slow taking up to two days to process. Another thing I didn't like was that they have wagering requirements on your own money, which I have never experienced at other casinos. That said I did have a lot of luck playing there and had no problems getting my money. If I remember correctly I think it was 2 wagering on your cash deposits.
  7. Haha yeah it's definitely a bit fishy. It's a shame when you see a casino go down hill, they were great in the beginning, but now I'm glad to see the back of them.
  8. I emailed WagerBeat and asked nicely for the restrictions to be removed and was told it was done by the system and they can't override it. So I told them I won't be betting with them again and asked for my account to be closed. My account is still open and they are texting and emailing me every day offering bonuses. This experience is so weird they don't want me to spend money yet they are ignoring my request to leave. I'm about to email again and request my account be closed.
  9. I have been playing at wagerbeat casino for over a year now and not had any problems but this past week I have had a run of good luck, I bet between one and two dollar per bet, anyway I went to make a two dollar bet and I kept getting an insufficient funds sign pop up so I spoke to chat only to be told they had capped my bet at one dollar. I emailed them telling them I wasn't happy and they told me it was done automatically by the system because I don't bet enough money and when the system sees me spending money it may return my bet limits to normal. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue, I have played at a few casinos and have never had this happen before.
  10. Wagerbeat have always processed my withdrawals within 24 hours, but I stopped playing there yesterday as they put a limit of one dollar on my bets after I had a run of good luck. I was not impressed as I was only betting up to $2. I think it's horrible to try and limit my winnings so I'm going back king Billy
  11. When I first joined wagerbeat casino they processed withdrawals within the hour even on the weekend, but now they have slowed down and I wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours, weekends are non existant now. I emailed them and questioned why they are now taking so long and I was told pending period is up to 48 hours and staff do their best to process as quickly as possible. As for weekends they are saying 2 business days so if I make a withdrawal on Saturday they are holding my money until Tuesday before processing. I am thinking of leaving but as an Australian player it's hard to find a decent casino, so I put up with the delay because I know I will get my money.
  12. There are a few good casinos that I play at my two favourites are king Billy and wagerbeat, I play mostly at wagerbeat, they were very fast at approving my identity documents and I haven't had any problems being paid. I understand how risky it is being an Australian player especially after many of the good casinos left the Australian market. King Billy is also a trustworthy casino but I seem to win more on wagerbeat. When I first started playing my withdrawals were processed within a few hours but they have slowed down a bit and I usually wait 24 hours before the money is processed and it hits my bank account about 24 hours after processing. There are some casinos that offer faster processing but I don't mind waiting 24 hours when I know I will get my money. I hope this helps a bit. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer.
  13. Well after receiving an email saying they don't process on weekends, I received another email at 8pm informing me my 2 withdrawals have been processed. So much for staff only available week days.
  14. I finally received an email only to be told the same response I got from chat, that I should allow 5 to 7 days to receive my money but because its now the weekend it won't be processed until Monday as they only process in business hours. I know this isn't true because my first withdrawal was processed at 1am on a Saturday. I sometimes think they make the rules to suit themselves.
  15. I joined a new Casino called WagerBeat, I just checked but ask gamblers have not reviewed them. Anyway I joined about 2 months ago and have found them great, they processed my ID quickly and my first 2 withdrawals were processed within the hour. I recently made 3 withdrawals over a 2 day period 2 at different times on the same day and one the next day. My problem is they processed the first withdrawal but the other 2 have been pending for over 2 days, I have sent two emails but have not been responded to. I spoke on live chat and was told up to five days but their terms and conditions say up to 2 days. Is this normal because I have never waited so long for processing. I am starting to worry about my money. It's also making me change my views on what I thought was an excellent casino.
  16. I always read the casino reviews, I also look at how many complaints have been made against the casino, then I read how they handled the complaints. Customer word of mouth is the best gage to give you an idea of what a casino is like. At the end of the day we are all different and some people like some things and others don't so a lot of the time it comes from your own experience with the casino.
  17. Thanks Feikie247 Until I joined ask gamblers I didn't even know that the slot had variances, haha I just thought I was unlucky. Recently I've been playing Redrake games and had a lot of luck on Asp of Cleopatra. It seems to be the game I keep going back to. Also Isoftbet and realistic.
  18. Hi gamblers since joining ask gamblers I've been reading a lot about the payout variance of slots. I'm a player who just plays and has never taken the variance of games into account but I'm now thinking maybe I should be. So is there a way to find out the payout variance or what games fall into the high, medium and low levels? Do casinos publish this information? I would really appreciate any help understanding the variance thing better.
  19. Back in June Mr Bet gave me a $350 for my birthday and to my surprise there were no wagering requirements. Best birthday gift I've ever had.
  20. They have definitely closed to Australian players and it doesn't look good for the future either, unless Australia changes their gambling laws.
  21. Hi Valdez when you read slotsmillion terms and conditions it says no Australian players but when you sign up it has Australia in the list of countries you need to select and also has AUD as a currency option. They said that somehow they must have missed I was Australian but they have been sending me emails that are directed to Australian players, such as deposit AUD and get 100percent bonus. I also got my husband to try and join after my account was canceled and it would have gone through except he didn't submit it after filling it out. Most casinos pick up you're Australian and don't let you fill out anything. So the way it is at the moment Australians would still be joining.
  22. I just received a reply and was told they are sorry and are closing my account, they said they didn't understand why I was accepted and why no one noticed I was from Australia.
  23. I have just emailed slotsmillion for verification on whether Australian players are welcome. I only joined 2 weeks ago and I was told I was welcome, my documents were approved and I specifically asked about Australian players before I joined and I was assured that it was fine. I will update when I get a response from the casino. I have just told them that I saw on ask gamblers they were closed to Australian players and asked them to clarify what was going on.
  24. Slotsmillion, slottocash, playamo and Gunsbet are all open to Australian players and all have pretty good reviews. I am mostly playing at slotsmillion at the moment.
