That is actually the History from the casino's log - you must get the Bet History from the game itself, whereby all the details are clearly shown, as what the other participants have submitted.

Afi wants you to load the game(in CAD), go to the ingame history and grab a screenshot of that win(ie the Time/BetID/WinX/Bet/Win page) since the gamelog being in EUR does not show the same value.

This is why @cocopop3011 made it clear that when people make a deposit in a certain currency they should not change the ingame currency. @garry98 was doing the same thing and one of his screenshots created an issue in November.

Besides that, the bet amount wouldn't have shown with either currency

Why would I stop playing there, if PP is at fault? PP is known for having a buggy game history

@formerPokerpro Usually, the game's screenshots alone aren't sufficient because only the Bet History would show the actual bet made - if any other extra bet was used, that would be shown too.

Try the casino bet history if it shows the required bet size and win amount. Otherwise, get confirmation from Live Chat that your bet size was the basic 0.10 (or whatever).

@formerPokerpro please keep in mind that you can play at snatch casino as long you are playing with real funds. After you activate bonus it becomes SND or snatch coins. Winnings in snd coins are invalid. We have talked about this before.
