AskGamblers Online Casino Blog

Recommended Posts

I guess Lady Luck was once on my side where i doubled up $3 to $6 and changed to another slot, won 500 euro in a single spin with $0.50 bet and withdraw about 430 euros after completing wagering.

But these days i haven't used it a lot since i only participate in tournaments.

Also the most i have doubled up and win consecutively is 3 times and i stopped, cant exactly remember the amounts involved.

The following statement in the blog " Luckily, there is always the option of giving up and going back to the base game without losing anything. Or doubling up, for that matter. But, hey, that's gambling for you! " - I do no agree 100% with this because if i can remember correctly, there were about 2 times when i accidentally pressed the gamble feature but could not return to the base game without completing the gamble round, luckily i won though.

Oh really? Now I didn't know that because I never use the feature!

Yes really, i was stressed as i won just over $50 during that spin before entering the feature. Imagine if i lost, i would have been upset. I mean $50 sounds like nothing but to me its a lot or at least for us low rollers lol.

Most of us here use it, and today our blog looks at 'Autospin'

How Does the Autoplay Feature Work with Online Slots?

I use the Autoplay feature all the time, especially while playing tournaments, but never for the full 100 spins or 200 spins that are given.

Also regarding the change coin size, i mean i will still use it even though i intend to change the coin bet. Normally you would just know how many spins you would like to play with a specific coin bet before you change your coin bet and set auto spin again, but maybe that is just me.

So the Autoplay feature is a Yay! for me, but of course only a Nay because i will not be able to catch winner screenshots of big wins etc.

Exactly! It's a major YAY when you've got no time on your hands to keep pressing spin, but hard to catch screenshots. If I remember to I'll use the settings to stop my play if a win exceeds 100x my stake but most of the time I forget to do this!

Ahhh gambling mistakes!! We all make them and today's blog looks at the top 5! Interesting read

5 Most Common Gambling Mistakes Made at Online Casinos

I'm actually surprised at number 1 because I've never used fake details. Number 4 however done loads of times!

Hmm...there are other common mistakes not mentioned in the article...

like creating a duplicated account, knowingly or not, for whatever reasons...

like self-excluding oneself from a casino belonging to any particular group of casinos...

like leaving some balance in a dormant account, knowingly or not, thus incurring unexpected annual service fees...

I know only cops and robbers and a night out. I played a night out a lot when completing wagering in Playtech Casinos. I havent played Cops and Robbers before. Don't think i even have intensions to play it.

A Night Out was a big hit many years ago. I guess the only reason why it still has lots of players playing the game is probably due to the vast number of diehard fans, especially in Asia, that cannot stop playing this game. Not like me though. I haven't played it in a long while, but with very occasional short stints on it once in awhile.

The other top games are simply baffling! For example, Scrooge?

I've never played Cops and Robbers, and never played the game Bitten either.  :p

Today's entry...

Hit Big with Progressive Slots Title: How to Win Big with Progressive Slots

Hmmm...Number 2, controversial. I never play maximum coins and I've hit 3 jackpots so far, admittedly small but still. And if my memory serves me wasn't the Mega Moolah jackpot earlier this year won on a 25p bet?

Yep! Your memory is working fine today Sharon darling.  ^_^

That jackpot on Mega Moolah was indeed won on a minimum bet of 0.25p. Mega Moolah Isis can also be won on minimum bet size.

Anyway, not all Jackpot games require a max bet play. Playtech's Marvel Jackpot can be won on any bet size, the Gladiator Jackpot can be won on any bet size too, although bigger bets have better chances, and only a very few other Progressive Jackpot games do require the max bet play, like Jackpot Giant.  ;)
