This looks like a great update for the community.

The loyalty system with Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels sounds well structured. It is good to see that active members get extra value for their time on the platform.

I like that points do not expire and that tokens can be used for rewards. The priority support feature in the Gold level is also a strong benefit, especially for users who are active with reviews and complaints.

I will explore the platform and check my current level and points. It will be interesting to see how the rewards system works in real use.

The more active you are in the forum the more points and tokens you can accumulate, so do have a go at it.

I just have the same couple of offers that's been there for at least a couple of months now. Even upon reaching 'Gold' status, nothing happened. Just the same couple of bonus offers - one of them at a casino rated 3.8/10 on AG - why would I want to play at a 3.8 rated casino?

I had some new offers in my profile, namely Flappy and Wild Tornado. Flappy I would never bother with, but I signed up for the other one but I noticed the AG special offer (100%+150 FS compared to the 100%+100FS) you get normally) wasn't there to be claimed. On the deposit page, only their standard offer showed. Anyway, I'm not going to use them, it looks like just another 94% casino and I won't bother with those when I have like 100 accounts already and I am mainly trying to stick with those select few 96% ones.

These 'special offers' are very underwhelming, They are little more than slight tweaks of a casino's initial welcome bonus offers, and they are updated far too seldom - I've been stuck with my Flappy offer only for some time now.  Also, on some offers it seems the casino is oblivious to it even existing, so there are no guarantees they will even credit it.

If you earn a lot of loyalty points with AG, you should get the offers to reflect it. You should feel valued, and you should feel special. Currently, this is not the case.

Please don't get me wrong. If a standard casino welcome offer is 100% with 40x wagering, while my AG loyalty points will negotiate this down to only 30x wagering, then this is by all means a good offer and a nice token of gratitude.

But I wish the selection would be greater - and also like Afi points out: more personalized (however that would be possible),. Currently we have like 3 generic offers every few months, each with a cost of about 150 points. But, we gather these points at a much higher rate than we can spend them. I have like 15k at the moment, while taking all offers throughout a full year - the way it is now - would only cost like 1,500 points. There is a huge imbalance here. What am I supposed to do with the remiaing points? I mean, how about I get to spend those 15k on a 50EUR no deposit bonus, or someting else equally attractive to that? That would make it feel a whole lot more wortwhile.

Yeah, agree, and I did bring this up some time ago, suggesting an exchange of Tokens for a casino bonus money. Even if 1000 Tokens can get you a 10 EUR bonus, that would be really interesting.
