Ive been playing this game every other day for about 3 months and i have not had a wildline or 5 scatters. Seriously i have gotten the 5 extra spins maybe 2 or 3 times in now what i belive must be ruffley 1200 bonus rounds. Im 100% posetive its over 1000 bonus rounds.

 

Ive seen threads on casinomeister aswell where several people seams to be going trough the same dead patch. Here aswell i havent seen a decent screenshot in ages.. And every screenshot ive seen latley is on 0,09-0,18 bet.. 

 

Do you think NetEnt has changed the game somehow? To me it doessent play the way it used to. Its gotten harder to get the bonus rounds and they seam to pay waaay less than before.. Averaging around 5-10x bet for me the last 3-400 bonus rounds.

 

Well some might say bad luck but to me this does not seam as bad luck. Im pretty sure i must have done close to if not above 200 000 spins the last 3 months. And thats an extreme number to not hit a 1000x bet win. I started playing other games such as Casino zeppelin and Immortal Romance and ive cashed out several times from them. But dead or alive seams deader than ever.

 

Just my theory is that the game has become so popular that the casinos where losing money on it and netent adjusted the RTP. I have no other explenation.

The casinos or NetEnt may have got approval from the Licensing Authorities to lower the RTP for a specified period of time...or the game may have gone into a hybernation mode for a specific period of time...or the game has reached the end of its good payouts mode and now into a long period of credits crunching mode...who knows?!

 

I've cut down my play on Dead or Alive by about 90% now...maybe even more...and I'm concentrating back on my good old Playtech games...which doesn't have such long moody blues mode. Maybe...one day soon...I may just decide to STOP playing DOA altogether! It's no longer fun and just not worth playing and playing with no winnings at all! The love-hate is now becoming hate-hate!

IMO no NetEnt havent changed the game! For me if I keep playing and playing and playing a game I always find that I just end up not winning anything from it!

 

Take for example The Dark Knight I used to play this all the time, day in day out, and then it just started becoming not as good because I played it all the time. And the same goes for me for lots of other games. But this is just my opinion.

Yes, net ent in gerneral seams crapp at the moment.. Not just me, ive seen allot of people complain about it. Especially dead or alive.. Its amazing how dead this games is.

 

You gotta understand there is math behind this. Even IF IT WAS TOTALLY RANDOM. Going 200 000 + spins without a 1000x bet on this game is so unlikely. Several players on casinomesiter logged their play think one didd close to 250 000 spins.

 

One of the players stats are as follows:

 

Dead or Alive: 1528 features 

On average the feature hits every 150 spins, so this sample represents 229200 spins. My sample is too small to say anything definitive about how often you can expect to hit big, this is just for fun. I will keep collecting DoA data whenever i play it.

 

5 extra spins: 37 times 

5 wilds on a line: 13 times 

5 scatters: 1 time

 

As you can see, im way overdue fore 5 wilds on a line... He got them 14 times.. I have gotten the 5 wilds without a line 2 or 3 times in the last 1000+ features and he got them 37 times... Other players have very simular stats. 

 

In fact from all the collected stats you could expect to hit big on this game once about every 150 feature. Then going almost ten times the features without hitting is VERY unlikley by the law of large numbers things should even out if it was random. It will be simular to get red on rulette 50 times in a row. It can happen, but its so incredibly unlikley that it doessent happen.

 

The funny thing also is before this "dry" periode started i hit several wildlines and sick wins in a short periode of time. In a few months i won close to 25K on this game. (Witch it seams im paying back now) And several people posted videos of hits on 18! Euros bet. One player won about 200K from this game in a weeks time.

 

I have mentioned this in another thread here and i also predicted the game would go dead and what do you know i was right.

Yes, im thinking they have changed the paying pattern... Is this possible to do?? Is it legal? Maybe they geared the game toward paying more on the higher bets than the lower ones.. Or paying out huger prices but less often.

Giving it a go now, on 4,5 NOK pr spin on a 1000 NOK + 1000 NOK bonus. So i have about 450x stake. But its already eaten about 100x stake and just given 1 bonus round that paid 7 x bet... It never ends.

I agree Afi, and for the record I very rarely play DOA because it is super high variance and a little boring, and I prefer lower variance slots that make my balance last a little longer.

 

In other words, I'm rational and a realist, so you won't see me blame 'rigged' casinos or 'illegal' rtp changes when I lose a lot of money quickly on a super high variance slot.

 

I prefer to be accountable for my own actions rather than blame others or attack innocent people that may share a simple opinion on any unreasonable views.
