Casumo Removed WMS Slots

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Anyone know why Casumo have removed their WMS slots?

I haven't had a chance to check if the same has occurred on their PC site, but their mobile site has definitely removed them all.

I would have asked their rep Tobias, but didn't bother as he never replied to my last pm a couple weeks ago. One of my pet hates is an unresponsive rep, especially after they tell you to contact them anytime :(.

Anyway, very disappointed to see the WMS slots removed as these are the only reason I'd continue to play at Casumo, and secondly they already had a very limited amount of slots available on their mobile platform. So now there's even less slots which is pointless to play at over other mobile sites that offer hundreds of slots via mobile.

Anyone have any info on why this happened?

Thanks

Thanks Awena, I appreciate you checking that for me.

I'm guessing that was on the PC site?

I must say it's still quite strange that maintenance would take this long though, as it's been roughly a week since I first noticed them missing from the mobile site.

It would be good to hear from the rep when these types of issues arise, but I'm guessing he must be on holidays.

I'm a firm believer that both mobile and pc customers should be notified of these maintenance periods, but at least it was showing somewhere.

Thanks again for the trouble you went to, to check that for me. :)

Thanks.

The slots use to be on the mobile site I played on, but definitely aren't there now.

I'm in Australia, and can play WMS slots at other sites, so strange for Casumo to offer them to us and then remove them if this is what happened.

Oh well, seems I'll have to play them elsewhere now which isn't a problem, I just liked that Casumo had them on the mobile site when most other sites don't.

Thanks again Awena.

And they answered just now and I don't play mobile and can't access the games in order to check this but you should get with Casumo and explain what is your issue.

Hello Emina,

I have double checked with our tech guys who can't find any issues with playing WMS games.
Exactly what happens when you try to open one of their games?
Do you get an error message?

Can you find any of the Zeus (Zeus and/or Zeus III games through your mobile?
We don't offer all WMS games through the mobile, could that be the reason to why you can't find a specific game?

Thanks in advance,

Non of the WMS slots are showing at all on my version of the mobile site.

They have all been removed completely.

I'm guessing at some point they decided Australian customers can't play them anymore and had them removed.

Very strange as I only signed up there originally because I could play them and did so on their mobile platform and pc up until about a week ago when the WMS slots suddenly disappeared.

Yes ValDes my guess is you're correct.

It's always seemed strange to me regarding WMS slots though, as I'm fairly certain Aussies aren't suppose to be allowed to play them at any site, however I always could at a few sites like Casumo and Leo Vegas.

On the other hand, I know the Slotsmagic group of casinos do not allow Aussies to play their WMS slots, as well as Guts. The rep from Guts told me some time ago that the reason for this is due to licensing.

Casumo must have just realized this now and pulled all the slots from the aussie site recently.

I just find it strange as I can still play them at some sites.

Hopefully not all the sites catch on, as I'd be disappointed if I can't play them at all now, as I only recently got into them after becoming bored with the other providers after many years.

Don't worry about it too much, as I can always just play them at the other sites.

Thanks again.

Yep, I am almost sure that's the problem...

Take my own country for example. Playtech has a huge business here in Bulgaria, with a 100+ crew members and understandably almost any Playtech powered casino restricts Bulgarian players. The only exclusions are Bet365 and Betfair as far as I know /not counting some old and proven rogues using Playtech as their platform/ who are big enough I guess to have their own license policy prevailing over the one used by their suppliers. :)

I'm afraid the same logic applies for WMS and Aussies. :(
