So Betsafe closed my girlfriends account without no expination other than they couldent say anything before tomorrow as they are inverstigating.

 

She had a pending WD of 10 000 NOK. She has played here for 3-4 years lost ALLOT of money and cashed out 2-3 times i think small amounts. Her account is verified and all so i dont understand why they would close the account?

 

In my 5 years of online gambling i have never seen anything like this before...

 

What should she do?

I have had an account with them a long time ago. Its been closed fore several years. She also notified them about this when she opened the account. And was told it was no problem as long as we diddent use the same bonuses. 

 

So she has been playing there on and of fore several years. Closing and reopening a few times due to some very poor returns and hefty losses. 

 

She has even cashed out and been verified last year i think? I find it strange that this would suddenly be a problem now several years and probably 40-50 deposits down the road.

 

To my knowledge she has also just been playing there after i closed my account and she couldent have been able to use the same bonuses since i didd not have an active account.

 

I do however have accounts with other BML group brands that i have recently closed. And the recent deposits she made she has been using my computer to play(since she always loses when playing with the ipad) I have not used this computer on betsafe, but on their other brands such as betsson.

 

Also she has been playing some higher variance games(after i told her to stopp playing Magic portals and other sych crapp games, because you can never win on them) Maybe they have spotted some pattern and they think its me playing with her account or something? Im not sure but i think its pretty unfair of them to lock her account without no explination the one time she actually wins something.

She got a reply from them now.

 

Apparently she had closed her betsson account i belive due to a gambling problem, or thats the reason she gave them. And the decided to permenentley close the betsafe account aswell. 

 

Still they havent answered if she will get paid or not. They cannot withhold her winnings due to this? They reopened her betsafe account and let her play. Fair thing is to pay her and keep all accounts closed!

Do you play from the same computer/IP address?

 

If so, you may be out of luck, as most casinos have a term against this, even though I personally think it's unfair.

Yes most casinos do have this policy but only if you don't tell them they block your account. Me and my partner always play at the same casinos using the same IP address and I think in all our time we have only had a problem with one or two casinos

If your partner stated problem gambling as a reason to had her account closed in any brand within the BML group of casinos then all her accounts within that group must be closed immediately due to responsible gaming policy procedures. All remaining balances at the time of account closures must be paid to her.

I'm not entirely sure to be honest with you, but I am sure Valdes will get back to you straight away if she needs to ... Good Luck with your complaint and I sincerely hope your partner gets her winnings. Keep us updated if you can..

Yes, your partner must have her own account with AskGamblers in order to use our complaints service.

I really don't get it. Those casinos want to operate without risk, apparently. Take your money easily and in case someone is lucky and win some amount then do anything to stop them from getting the money :)

 

It's imperative to get the money first, you won int. Otherwise let's no one deposit, if without the minor chance and hope to win money then what's the reason?

Why, both sites advertise as a single entity or something? Then why the need of 2 sites (or more)?

 

Say for example google or some other corporation offer 2 or more different email account and I register for both. Then I decide to close one. should automatically close the second too? I don't think so...

What I could suggest here is to find a couple of minutes and read through their Terms & Conditions. I bet you'll find the answers to all your questions on your own. ;)
