Unless the casino management is having some serious suspicions on your previous activity within the Redbet group of casinos... Which is not the case I believe... I am ready to publish your complaint. Please confirm if you want it published asap or would wait a day or two more providing the fact that you managed to find that old card details. My current visa front and back old visa front and back, passport, utillity bill, screenshot of my netbank. Screenshot of the old card transaction that i managed to digg out in my nettbank. Thank god i have not deleted my sent folder in my hotmail the last 3 years.. What are your advice tough valdes? What should i do? They have not responded since i sent them the documents last night. I would give them one more day to solve this and close my account for 7 days just as a precautionary measure of reversing my withdrawal and losing it all. If they fail to verify and pay my winnings until tomorrow, then it's about time to file a complaint. But I had to actually go into my bank and ask them to draw up a letter and stamp it to confirm that I no longer had the bank card! Im surprised the bank didn't charge me for the service to be honest!
