This is not about the lying email regarding their 100% match bonus. No.

This is more serious....

During the last 2 weeks I have netted well over 10k using a system. Most people here know I am not a liar not do I exxaggerate nor do I say things that are not 100% accurate!

I deposited 250 into videoslots.com. I lost. Extremely fast

So today work finished early and I decided to let the fake advertised email bonus they scammed with be and let them try to earn my business again because I actually like their interphase.

I put 250 and lost it again!

I put 250 and never ever lost so fast in my life.

I said ok, u made some money, try one more time.

I put another 250 and said this is the last one.....

I went to MERLINS millions and started at 5 per spin. Anyone who has ever played this game knows that free spins rarely show up. Maybe one in five hundred spins. But when it shows up, MERLIN blast the whole board every single spin and you always make at least 200 x your wager. Always. Never less.

So on my first or second spin.......

It did not trigger????????????????
Also, when I PLayed THUNDERSTRUCK II, normally the spins stall when 2 guaranteed bonuses fall during the first four reels. Almost half the time, it did not stall! I have played that game over 1000 hours. I knew something was wrong. It was like is was not playing and watching a you tube video.

Constant stalls, during eagles eyes the third scatter always disappeared when it should have fallen.

I though it was all in my head but nope, MERLIN proved to me that I am not crazy.

See screenshot. 3 orbs fell. I did not get the free spins. Look at the play button. It's there.

Support confirmed I didn't get the free spins and they are investigating. Now we all know what that means.

I am due over 1000 dollars. I have never been paid less when hitting 3 orbs at 5 dollars a spin via 6x superbet.

I am not going to let this go. I need guidance from someone at ask gamblers. You guys sent me there. It has been miserable from the beginning.

I have exchanged close to 10 emails with them. Same response everytime. "I have forwarded it to the manager blah blah blah."

I have seen the whole board light up with a blast from Merlin. Paid me 800x my bet.

Hi Johnny! This is serious trouble, and i have no idea why this freespins not triggered, since i also played this game many times, and 3 orbs is definetely 5 FS trigger. Probably find video slots Lucas profile here, and PM his your username he should be able to help.

And regarding casino answers, since they told you that they invistigate, you should understand that it is of course take some time, because issue is serious, and they contacting nextgen, this is their game, and they should check it out for you.

And regarding you want 1k$.

Two scenarios - nextgen will be able to see how much feature paid you, if it is triggered. And pay that amount. If nextgen will not be able(most likely scenario), you should get 1k$ with no problem, since A) x 200 bet on this game is not the biggest win, and it is average amount for feature B) you find serious problem with this game, and casino should pay for this. What if someone played this game on autoplay, out to toilet and while autoplay hit 3 scatters which not trigger freespins?

Just give them some time to check everything.

Ty yap.i think it's all for nothing. This type of place who offers Ponzi scheme bonuses will never pay me what is right.

I am very shocked that this happened.

I really doubt they will compensate me the right amount. "Malfunctions voids all pays" will be their easy way out.

Also... You have been warned about the language used in your posts. I'll make one last attempt and will ask you to be more careful with the usage of harsh words and accusations, especially in cases like this one, when we don't know yet what happened exactly. I know from personal experience how stressful and unpleasant such issues can be, but this is not an excuse to blame casino people for all the sins in the world! :angry: 

 

Lucas, the VideoSLots rep here was already alerted about your issue and I'm pretty sure, he will be here soon with more explanations of this issue. Be patient and don't be rude, that's all I can advise.

As far as casino people, robotic answers make me get nervous.

 

How would u feel of you were "cheated" out of at least 1000 dollars? After giving the casino another chance to earn your business after another issue which was not resolved?

 

I am not harsh Val, i am not using profanity. I may say a few smart remarks here and there but that's about it

 

This Lucas fellow will probably do nothing. If they do nothing, then hopefully you guys can open a complaint for me. I will ask for 800x my bet.

IMHB :D no bonus game guarantees a win. No free spins guarantee a win. A bonus game could pay out every time then one time it pays out nothing.

 

Don't shoot me for stating the obvious (I am allowed my opinion - but of course I wish you the best of luck in your case. )

In the end, sometimes when I lose, I actually win! Either way, I have no problems.

By the way coco is correct, this feature can easy pay x 10 bet, can pay x 10000 bet, it can pay anything. Thats why you need to wait responce of rep, and i suggest you not saying like "GIVE ME 1k$ OR FU** YOU" this never help. THey will compensate enough i think.

Valdes right, more patience and not blame anyone, even casino :p

After further investigation we can see that you had a balance of $235.82, after which you have made a bet of $5, at which point you received a bonus payout of $20 which got your balance up to $250.82. - (This explains why your balance doesn't show as the one on your screenshot.)

We apologize for this oversight from our side in our reply.

We can't see anything further on our side with regards the bonus not having been triggered, and we have sent the case over to NYX to review it.

Just a question, so you confirm, user get 3 scatters - freespins did not start. This is really, really serious problem for Nyx software, since like i said above some players simply can not notice that freespins does not work. And what now will be? What if Nyx told okay, yes our problem, hey videoslots take 50$ from us and give to user. I think 50$ it is not enough and who and with what value will compensate?

Looking further, as it is interesting trouble with software.
