    Horrible, I created account at Manhattan Slots and claimed the ND bonus, met wager requrements and I was so happy, and when asked for withdrawal I was notified that I have already account here  :cray:  :cray:  :cray: . Why they allow you to create account RTG under same email address. I was so happy, finally and now this,,, :80:

    They tell that they can not to ban duplicate account before played request withdrawal, but i am sure that they can, just not want :(

    Have seen the same 'tricks' from many other casinos, even both NetEnt and Microgaming powered. ;)

    yep. But even so, it is player guilty, not casino :)

     

    Agree, and this is exactly what I answered to Awena. ;) 

     

    ALWAYS contact casino support and request a confirmation of any previous registrations BEFORE joining! Especially when you are playing in many casinos at a time like I do. ;) Would save you lots of troubles in the future.

    RTG and RIVAL are exactly the same, darling, so watch out for these two softwares. I have opened NEW accounts (no previous accounts before) at a few new Rival and RTG Casinos...only to have the accounts locked immediately after completing my registration! Whenever I enquired why my new account has been locked, the casino support would say "the software locked your account automatically, sorry, we cannot unlock it for you."  :angry:

     

    Yeah, right...luckily, I'm never hard up for any RTG or Rival games up to now, so RTG and Rival can Rest-In-Peace as far as I am concerned!!!  :D

    yes I am a member there,but not VIP one  ;) ,so they have promo ,once in a week and allow you to make few videos and if you are VIP one ,you can use all the videos and yes Afi anyone can do that !
