    Well i do deposit,rear but i do in Grande Vegas,Jackpot Capital and Golden Euro casino,which i do trust them and never had any problems with them ,so yes they are RTG ,but they are the safest RTG casins as i know,although i have read that Extreme Casino  an be trust.

    Yes Katerina, Grande Vegas,Jackpot Capital and Golden Euro are all decent RTG and I like their promotions. 

     

    Now with limited budget mu first choice is microgaming / netent, sometimes in the future, I will deposit in RTG casinos.

     Long story short- I won some money, then made minimum deposit from my VISA card, and asked for a withdrawal. They wanted for me to make another deposit from Neteller to use it as my withdrawal option.

    I got no idea of this, and don´t know how can it affects to Neteller users, competence is useful in many cases. I found this from Optimal Payments official website:

    Guys, today I've lost all of my nerves. I will never play at RTG casinos again!! Remember when I won some money on Lucky Spins casino? I send all documents and made the minimum deposit. Then I tried to withdraw and the only method available seemed to be bank wire. After 2 pending days I contacted them again and they told that residents from Latvia couldn't use that option, only pay2card. I sent photos of my card, everything seemed to be fine. It's been almost two weeks and they promised that I'll get the money last friday, today they said it's gonna take an extra time. It seems like they just want to pull round. In the meantime they said "if you deposit 25$ from Neteller you can get your money tomorrow" which for me seems like a way to make me deposit more. So unserious, they don't respect their customers at all.

     

    Sorry but I just had to get this off my chest and I know this is the place for that.

     

    I would suggest you using our complaint service if they keep giving you the run around and stalling your payment. There is no guarantee that your case will be Resolved, however even if it is not at least thousands of other players will read it. ;)

    I received an email from the casino manager to wait a few days. I told them I'm gonna wait till monday and then that's it. But thanks Guru, much appreciated!
