I've had no luck getting transaction log data via gamblezen rep in live chat

rep: Unfortunately, this information is not provided in the technical support chat. You can view your entire betting history in your personal account by selecting the period or in the slot you played.

Expaining the issue they again suggest checking history via the game.

 

Not sure what I can do beyond that given the technical limitations, hope this and future entries won't be an issue.  I can generate the replay url.

ie is this something that AG can doublecheck winners with the provider/site if theres concerns around bonus buys. We kind of need a whitelist of good platforms that have working gamelogs without such severe limitations for this type of situation.

I will check any screenshot that I think could break the rules, but so far I don’t suspect anyone of using bonus buys, but if that situation was to arrive then of course the person would first be asked to submit proof from live chat that no bonus buy was used, then I would check with the provider. If you feel a member had used a bonus buy you are free to report this to me via PM of course and I will take a look. Hope that helps

try chatting with Melanie at gamblezen she knows how to get confirmation of wins.

Any casino should be able to send you your complete betting history with them upon request.

Good luck on finding that one single bet you're looking for, though.

I recently requested it from Lucky Elf (in case extra verification was needed for an earlier contest) and after a few days I was sent a massive file of all my bets, in no particular arrangement. Fortunately I never had to starting searching  through all that  

Just be there when the win occurs and go straight to game log to capture it. Fairest way.

Otherwise the ideal strategy would be to just turbospin 1000 at a time, not even having to be present, then screen shot the replay and go to livechat for a confirmation that we'll never really know whether is correct or not.

I have no doubts @Flatzem plays by the rules so this is just an example. But this transcript doesn't really prove anything. We only have this Melanie's word to go by. Even in a bonus buy, the bet size is still 0.20. We can't know she is reading it correctly. I'm not gonna go on and on about this because it's been up for discussion many times already but the casino bet log in your account is the only fully believable proof.

Yeah I saw it pop up once as well.

Frustrating as well always get 1000 ways chosen 98% of the time before free spins. Hard to get 2000 ways.

Im starting to think I should have accepted it! Probably had 15 bonuses on it, and got the offer only once 

Another thing with this slot. There is an extremely annoying bug. 

Sometimes, when it plays the nice/mega/superb/sensational fanfares and then tumbles on - it will play the same thing once more! In other words, it looks like you won twice, when you in fact only won once! A rare oversight on Pragmatic's end, usually their slots are polished.

That usually happens on the first spin of the bonus, where you win the same amount that triggered the bonus again.

I would be surprised if any of the top two multipliers manage to make it to the bottom 2 during the end of the contest. Even though the games are limited have a feeling lots of hits will be in 750x to 1250x range.

I have been watching you guys complain about bet history issue from past 4 months but none of you have actually thought about bringing up this issue to the casino itself. Would have been really nice if you guys would have sent them an email too.

Nevermind, I did and they are ready to make changes in bet history format, latest first. Hopefully by the end of the tournament they will fix it.
