Hmm, interesting strategy... Mine was always a bit different when it comes to Supe It Up. I wait for a feature and if it pays over 100 x bet I increase the bet. If not, stick to the same bet and wait for the the next free spins... It was working really good for me till the end of 2103, but in 2014... Man, you'd better not ask! 

 

Now I play Supe It Up very rare and when I do it, I always start with at least 1 dollar per spin with a starting balance of 100. It either kills me in under 10 minutes or pay decent and that's it.

Yeap just confirmed it with chat, if you deposit taking a bonus you can only withdraw 10x, just awful .

10x is not so bad if you come to play games like starburst, lights and others that never pay good. Hit wild line or 5 scatters on good bet with such bonus would be terrible.
