Has anyone played madmoney casino? Withdrawal pending 7 days including weekend wich is pretty weird nowdays. Has someone tried this casino before? Has tried chat and email but saying every day that will come soon.

I have but never managed a cashout. Seems like a decent casino. What method did you use for withdrawal?

Yes account is full verified. Using ewallet. First withdrawal, i did deposit couple times, becouse askgambler promo. I always read terms and will not break any rules. 3€ max bet/ 15x max withdrawal etc. 

 

Would be nice to hear, how long withdrawal takes, If someone has played madmoney casino.

Yes, I have played at Madmoney Casino about 2 years ago, made a small win, withdrew into my Skrill account and got paid not long after. Can't recall how long it actually took, but the KYC and account verification took no more than 2 days, including the payment.

My account is still active but haven't made any new deposit since then.

They process withdrawals 3 times a day - 6 hours intervals, so should be normally same day.

What did live chat say,, why its pending? I used skrill and normally receive my money in 6 hours or less, or next day if its after 6 PM at night their time.

Last weekend they say it might arrive on monday. After that they said contact some account email, live chat dont see withdrawal times. I did, and nobody answer after 4- 5 days. Today livechat said withdrawal is on queue and arrive soon. Same answer as every day.

Yes they said before and all documents was approved status. Lets see what happend next. Hope will get my small win finally.

And nobody check my most clear pdf today. All other documents went like instantly last week. And suprise havent got money 12.8. So fustrating.

11.8 they answer "i see your KYC is approved."

10.8 they answer "your account is validated and your withdrawal is in line to be paid out by accounting very soon. "

I'm also waiting for a Skrill withdrawal from August 2. In the chat, they say the same as you. But the money has not yet been withdrawn. Emails are not answered. Most likely you need to file a complaint about this casino.
