How long do you wait before starting a casino dispute?

Given most of us will be aware of AG etc offering a casino complaints/disputes process how long do you generally wait before opening a dispute?

 

ie  I requested a small withdrawal at MrPunter(known for long withdrawal times etc) and it's been 9 days and theres been no update(you can't do KYC/verification until withdrawal department asks you do submit it) when its meant to be within 3 working days iirc. 

 

They do seem to payout eventually but the likes of an AG complaint seems to get a casino response within days of opening it vs going the normal route via their site and waiting weeks.. I guess will be my first complaint if I don't hear anything in the next few days.
