This is going to be a big issue for something I have planned so I need this sorted asap. If any of you could please send me a screenshot so I can test it my end and report.

I just tried uploading a screenshot for Kitty Cabana game...nothing happens!

It works for other games that already have existing screenshots, like Buffalo Blitz and Thai Paradise, so there's definitely a system error here which the platform developers need to look into and rectify.

I think it affects everyone!

No need for you to test my dear...I can confirm that the problem is real!

It occurs only for games that do not have any existing screenshots posted under the review. All other games are working fine.

Okay thanks guys But if it’s a bug for everyone, then hopefully it’ll be easier to pinpoint and fix. It’ll be the first time I check a Monday morning. Thanks guys

I think you can use my video to show the developers, so they can see how I replicated the problem in different browsers.

Just in case- Show them this video, this shows perfectly nothing happens when uploading or when you drag and drop it shows the screenshot in extra large mode.

I am still waiting on slots I requested since March/April, even requested 5 new ones over a month ago and nothing!

@cocopop3011 - Can I sent you a list, its over 30/40 slots i requested over the last few months and nothing has been added yet, maybe 10/20 % out of the bunch.

those 37 slots you requested on May 28 (189 days ago).......... 9 of them (24% ) have been added.

That is May, now imagine there was request, June, August, October and Now November as well, maybe another 20 in total.

The bug has been reported. I haven’t been notified of any fixes yet. Soon hopefully.

the maintenance that just occurred made some changes to region restrictions, sigh.

at first it was doing the yikes page then it gives a new image.. looks like this.. and in the address bar it shows..

was hoping the maintenance would address the screenshot issue instead...

First of all, let me thank you for your pro-activeness! Much, much appreciated, really!

Unfortunately, we are short on manpower in our Content team which is dealing with adding new games and bonuses, hence the delay in reviewing and fulfilling your requests.  

The good news, we are really close to filling the gaps with people needed, so sincerely hope we'll be back on track with the entire request review process within the next 3-4 months.

its cloudflare related

can access if using VPN but will try to also restart the router too.

I'm unable to cast my vote for Slotwolf.com because it says my country is restricted from playing there. I live in Calgary Alberta Canada and I can assure you I do not live in an area that's restricted from playing there because I play there all the time with no issues at all.

Unfortunately, if your country is restricted on AG for this casino you will not be able to vote. If you believe that it should not be restricted please use the Suggest an Edit feature and explain why, although I am not sure this will be looked at before the nomination phase finishes.
