  1. Hi, I have recently made a withdrawal from my Dunder account to which they wanted ID documents to verify my identity, it seems on sign up I entered the wrong date of birth (17th instead of 25th) will this affect me verifying my account? I have contacted support to which they stated they have added a note on my account saying it was a mistake. Has anyone done this before? Will this be an issue? Thank you
  2. Hey there, i made a payout at videoslots.com today and i couldnt choose between different bank transfer options. I had good experience with trustly (instant on bank account even weekends and nighttimes) but as I asked the customer support they used "Entercash" to proceed my withdrawal. So my question to you is: Does anybody has experience with them? Do they also proceed transactions on weekends? How long did it take for you? Im looking forward to your answers. Best regards, Obama
  3. So, up until now me and the other half haven't really had any issues when it comes to withdrawing under all the new regulations the UK have set. None of us play as much as we used to anymore due to other committments but still have been lucky to withdraw now and again. Until now ... This is the other halfs withdrawal pending at LeoVegas - a casino none of us have ever had a problem with in the past. Now he is trying to withdraw and they've asked for a million things! Or at least it feels like, none of which are an issue getting really it's just the inconvenince of it all. They now need: 1. Pictures of all bank cards May impose an issue if some have expired or been updated 2. Proof of address 3. Pictures of bamk statements This is on top of the original verifcation documents which have already gone through. I just hope this doesn't result in a complaint
  4. [Posting on behalf of my partner] So...He's recently made a withdrawal and it's probably been over a year now since he's withdrew there so he deposited using a new card. Once he requested a withdrawal BETAT then requested that he verify the two other, old, cards he had on his account, even the one he's never used to deposit. The problem here is that he no longer has those cards, both are old cards which have been replaced. Anyway, I think he's managed to finally overcome that obstacle as BETAT finally got their head around the fact he doesn't have the cards!! Now he's having an issue with his current card. The picture he sent they wouldn't accept because he didn't cover the middle numbers of the card! So I've resent the picture for him and we're awaiting the next reply. My main point in posting this though is this is not the first time we've experienced problems with old cards! I just don't know why some casinos are persistent in verifying cards that don't even exist any more. Anyone else had any similar problems?
  5. I already write a review about SlotsMillion, you know, the first virtual reality online casino evah! They have 1981 games from over 20 gaming providers, that's a bunch of gaming providers. Well, in my review I said that their withdrawal time frame was too long in my opinion. Last friday I made a small deposit there to check their latest slots or slots that other casinos do not have. To my surprise I got lucky, that happened quite often when I make a small deposit. So that evening I requested a withdrawal and since the finance department doesn't work on weekends I had no other choice than to wait till monday (today). Guess what? It's still pending...pending and pending. Call me impatient but they can't be that busy with right? I refused to cancel my withdrawal and therefore I locked it so I cannot reverse it. SnailMillions, my grandma walks faster than you work!
  6. Most of you already know about what happened to me a couple of years ago (for our newer members, money got stolen out my account, Skrill handed it terribly, eventually got the money back which they even failed to tell me was in my account - long story short) since that my trust with Skrill has been, well basically there hasn't been any there. Gradually over the last year I'd say I've taken baby steps to start using them again. Customer support has and always will be terrible and that is my major concern and until someone proves me wrong with their customer support I will always doubt them. However I am the first person to say when someone does well... I did transfer some money from my Skrill to my bank and I couldn't believe it when the money reached my bank in about 4-5 hours!! When I was back using Skrill full time withdrawals sometimes took up to 3 days. So, with their now fast withdrawal times it begs my original question - Can I trust Skrill again? Thoughts please guys? Any experience in the last two years with them would be great for me to hear good and bad. At the moment I fund my casino playing with my card and I've missed using Skrill BUT I will only go back to them if I feel I can 100% trust them with my money again.
  7. Hello, fellow gamblers! I played on Nordicbet casino and managed to win 5400 euros. This was my first time playing on this casino. I made withdrawal, and sent documents. Day after this I decided to quit my Betsson account due to gambling addiction. After this, I saw that my Nordicbet account was closed too (same concern) How do casinos usually act on cases like this, should I be worried that I won't get my money? I asked it on the chat, they told me to wait and that they are processing my withdrawal. (Today received mystery 200e on my bank account via Trustly, I have no idea where did it come from. I had no other withdrawals on other casinoes.)
  8. Hello AskGamblers-Forum-Members, I´m a bit frustrated at the moment. I´m totally new to this Forum and first of all I have to apologize for my bad english. I just saw that my withdrawal at Mrringo got refused and the Live-Support isn´t online yet, so i saw in Google that some other People posted a similar problem with Mrringo here. I did my first deposit of 100€ on 10.11.2016 on Mrringo and lost them... 11 Days ago I´ve got an Email with a 100% Bonus up to 200€. I decided to give them another try and deposited 200€. In the Email it says, that I have to wager the Bonus 10x on min. 2,0 odds in Sportsbet. Now I have wagered the Bonus atleast min. 10x and did a total of 36 Bets. 2 of the Bets had Odds under 2,0 (1,8 / 1,9). After the wagering was fully done, i had ~1000€ and I liked to play some Casino Slots with the good profit before I do a withdrawal. In the Slots I was a bit unlucky and dropped to 359,77€ and decided to do a withdrawal. Now I have got an Email, that ALL my money got refused cause I placed on sportbet Odds under 2,0. I´m now asking me, why this is a reason to refuse ALL of my money. I mean i even did the wagering requirements without the 2 bets under 2,0 Odds. Futhermore there is no Info in the Email that I´m not even allowed to bet under 2,0 Odds. It just says for me that bets under 2,0 won´t count for the wagering requirements. I can understand when bets under 2,0 don´t count for the wagering Requirement, but that can´t be a reason to refuse the money. I mean in the AGB´s of Mrringo it says, that it is a Bonus Violation when you bet on Odds under 1,8 (what i was not even doing), but I think it´s not really fair to hold the Customer in uncertainty like this. For me it´s not even Right binding to give such rules in the AGB´s, it´s like to say when you deposit between 10-15 o´clock, we have the right to refuse all your money. ^^ It really sounds offending against Mrringo, but I don´t really want to prejudice them... thats why I´m trying to get some help or experiences with this, but hopefully the Live-Chat will help me tomorrow. Thank you in advance!
  9. Greetings AG Community , Just thought I would raise the issue of Weekend Withdrawals I've noticed that a lot of Casino's allow weekend cashouts and some don't providing reasons such as finance department staff have to have time off etc and after confronting this issue multiple times I felt like maybe its time to talk about it . I'm not sure how others feel but being left on the ropes in pending having to wait an entire weekend because financial staff are away I think is quite lame considering that the ability to deposit still exists so then why shouldn't the ability to withdraw I refuse to accept that common excuse of no staff around its stone age to assume that funds cannot be moved just because its the weekend I mean come on. My view on things is withdrawals should be available 24/7 to E-Wallets and all things that can be transacted outside of banking hours or business days I keep hearing that one used too "business days" IMHO that Saturday and Sunday are business days too money is flowing so it should be regarded as a business day as business is being conducted. I view the ability to refuse Cash Outs on weekends as an obvious evasion tactic to trap withdrawals in pending so that punters become frustrated and end up reversing : myself I just end up playing one of 5 mmo's so its effect on me is about as much a pesky fly with a can of fly spray handy ...but I'm sure others feel the weight of temptation and frustration ...the synergy of which results in the desired effect. More Weekend Withdrawals are Needed Casino's and so called VIP flushing is a jest it should be available to everyone as is quite obvious the more successful ventures are offering Weekend Withdrawals and Fast Processing so it makes good business sense to adopt this policy ...in my humble opinion. Thank you for your time , -T
  10. Have made first withdrawal from Casumo who have cancelled the withdrawal (no doubt hoping I lose it) and asking for ID which I can just about accept. I have sent a copy of my card and utility bill but they also want passport or driving licence which I have neither. When I emailed them I was told 'you have won enough to buy some new ID' what sort of response is that? And what is the solution? You don't just buy a driving licence or passport, I don't want or need either of those. Any ideas where to go from here?
  11. I made 2 withdrawals to my visa debit card within a few hours. Both were for £1800 and were processed the next day by the casino. The following day, one withdrawal appeared in my bank account, but the other didn't. I left it a couple of days but nothing, so I emailed casino. They told me to wait 4 days as it could take this long. I waited, but still no money so emailed them again, they asked for all the details, which I had already given them, but I sent them again. Heard nothing. Spoke to my bank who said they could nothing as nothing had ever arrived, so I went into casino live chat and went through it all again. They said they would need to get APN? Number from their bank. Heard no more. So emailed again and was asked to send screen shot of my bank account statement. Not happy about this but did it. Still nothing. On other posts you have stated that the recipient would need to get their bank to chase up missing payment, my bank says not them. Can anyone clear this up for me? Is it me or casino who need to get this money traced? I fear I'll never see it now, as it will either be kept by someone else who got it by mistake or returned to casino, who I don't have much faith in to return it to me.
  12. Hi, I recently joined panther casino. I deposited and won some money. I withdrew it and got an email saying it would be processed between 24-48 hours. I voluntarily sent off my ID in email, as I know how the withdraws work. This was nearly 48 hours ago. I have not had any emails from them, their contact telephone number does not work. It rings once then goes to voicemail, and they have no other methods of contact. Me being silly didn't check their license, but it's from Costa Rica. This has sent alarm bells ringing! Has anyone actually been paid their winnings from this site? I want to get some feedback before the 48 hours is up and I make a complaint.
  13. Anyone played here ? It all looks fine until you try to withdraw... Trustly withdraw button is not even a button.. Bank transfer gives you sys:error .. I think this casino is really ready to take your money if you deposit but when it comes to withdrawals their site is not even ready to make that happen. Continue button on trustly withdrawal when you inspect site is not leading anywhere.
  14. Ok, let's talk cash outs and the time they are processed in... Lol and verification of an account I seriously don't get how some casinos can have you verified and funds received in under 10 minutes, yet there's still casinos making you wait up to 72 hours before they pay you! Why? Why can't they get with the times and make their cash out process quicker? Heck even a max of 12 hours would still be pretty awesome! I refuse to play at places that have pending periods and take over 12 hours to pay you. (Seriously don't even get me starte on a pending period hahaha) If all casinos stepped their game up it would be fantastic I reckon! There's nothing more disappointing then stumbling across a casino that ticks all your boxes but then when you read their verification and cash out procedures take a week it's like nope no thanks! I also hate lazy casinos. I almost always send my verification through just after I sign up so it's done and dusted lol. But I went and checked out a casino that I signed up to about say 2-3 months ago, clicked on my documents I uploaded and guess what? THEY ARE STILL AWAITING APPROVAL!!! Like come on! This is a casino that boasts about having super fast payouts too. Don't see how that can happen when they can't even verify someone's documents lol. Sorry I'm starting to ramble now hahaha. I'm just annoyed because yesterday I was going through a couple reviews etc on a few different casinos and then got one mixed up with another that paid out quick and I won $1100 so have to wait 2 days to be paid lol, althlugh I have read in posts here that some people have been paid fairly quick with the place I cashed out from. So we will see lol. Up to 14 or so hours now lol but other than that I did quite enjoy my experience at this casino anyway
  15. Do most of the people who withdraw actually get THEIR MONEY. I keeping reading bad stuff on the Internet, but I suppose that with big bookmakers, you get paid no? Thanks!
  16. Okay so today I spotted this golden nugget in my e-mail and felt it was worth a share.... admittedly it came from what I assume is an affiliate and not Neteller directly, however surely everybody knows this statement could not be further from the truth? I can count the number of casinos that process Neteller withdrawal requests instantly on one hand!
  17. Okay so ..., I had 25 free spins at BGO Casino on Secrets of Atlantis. Won £4.20. Changed to Jack and the Beanstalk and got up to £25, changed to Starburst to smash the wagering (only £142). Played @ 40p a spin and Starburst did not let me down! I very quickly raised my balance to almost £90 - it was a very good day on Starburst. Finished wagering now at just under £80. But here is my dilemma. Do I withdraw or keep trying for more? Usually I would play some more and see how it goes but I have a rather sizeable withdrawal waiting at another casino which I also got from some free spins, I can't give details yet until the money is in my bank, I don't like to jinx it. But this £80 will bring my winnings to over £700 so.....do I take the gamble and try for me or withdraw? What would you do guys? I don't like taking risks
  18. Hey Guys , Just thought I'd raise this I've been with Neteller for a while now and over the past year I've noticed a few things for one I know that they merged with Skrill I know about that and I would imagine with the merger there would be some improvements sadly not the case . 1. I've noticed Live Chat Support Completely Vanish when it comes to trouble shooting issues you now have to contact a number and with no Neteller phone support in New Zealand I now have to contact the Australian Support or the United Kingdom just to get somebody whom I can understand that doesn't speak broken english. (either that or wait for the delayed vip response) 2. All of a sudden there have been random security checks made I know a few members outside of myself who have been subject to having to send in extra verification for god knows what reason just to conduct business. 3. The Turnaround time for a vip callback is now a lengthy thing I requested a call on a particular day and two days later received an email asking if I still needed the call. I'm a bronze vip was a silver till the rules changed and I have to say standards have slipped a bit not happy Netty don't know whats up with you guys but I'm not impressed . -T
  19. I keep a spreadsheet each year where I list almost all of the deposits I've made to on-line casino's and poker rooms and I include information about any bonuses I receive as well and how big the wagering requirement was etc, all the important details basically. You might expect that a higher bonus WR would inevitably have a direct correlation with a lower chance of making a withdrawal but that doesn't seem to be the case, especially when I play Dead or Alive with a bonus - if I hit a wildline or five scatters I'll almost certainly manage a withdrawal. I guess that's one of the reasons that game is becoming more and more rare to find available for bonus play So I'm wondering which games have been most successful for you in beating the bonus WR? NetEnt's "Koi Princess" has been my own game of choice just lately but I've been seeing that on a couple of prohibited games list this month too, so I'd be grateful for some suggestions!
  20. 21. Well I'm not new to this game and I'm pretty sure about 60 percent of this forum isn't either so lets cut the chase shall we ladies and get right down to the crux of the matter . Casino's always win the more you play the sucker luck that you get from Welcome bonuses will hang around for cupla ' wins then things will get hard to win not at all places just the backyard operations which are under capitalized but hey I can't talk my grandfather used to run underground gambling back in the depression era so I'll give you a bit of leeway . But I mean if you really want to gamble and have a good chance of winning you gotta move around baby stick and move stick and move ...and the bigger the joint the better the chances of winning and I don't blame Ladbrokes for asking for notarized Id . Heck when your a giant like they are you can ask for anything and I'd gladly sink 20grand into them any day of the week or that 32 red Casino because these are what you call "operations" huge backing , a strong company structure , and a reputation that speaks for itself its simple maths really I mean this is not rocket science Baby.
  22. Went onto pkr casino, deposited £380. Was given a £300 welcome bonus. Was playing for about a week. Got it up to over £6000. Even got a email congratulating me on my winnings. Withdrew £6000, after a week waiting for a email saying I breached there terms and conditions. Dear Alan, We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is LTK111530196245557X. Please use this code in any further communication. This is Keith from the Security Team at PKR. We are contacting you regarding your recent play at our casino after accepting the casino welcome bonus and terms. The PKR Casino Welcome Bonus includes the below terms, which you have breached by placing bets of a higher value than permitted. 16.The maximum stake or bet allowed until the wagering requirements of the Welcome Bonus Offer are met is €10 (or currency equivalent) or 20% of the deposited amount per spin, whichever is the lower. PKR reserves the right to void any Welcome Bonus Offer and any associated winnings where this term is breached. As such, and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions we have taken the action outlined above and have removed any winnings from your account leaving you with your original deposited funds of £380 which you are welcome to use as you wish at PKR ensuring that you stick to the terms and conditions. Should you have any query or questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. Sincerely, Keith PKR Security Team
  23. Well I am sorry to report a lot of problems with these two companies. I thought they had been sorted out, but just found out they have not. I also thought they were two different companies and perhaps they are, not sure, but they have the same customer service, the same repetitive emails, and the same issues with being unable to provide any meaningful or helpful information when problems arise with withdrawals or account issues. 1st situation - with Bovada So here we go -- with Bovada I made my first withdrawal in mid to late May, and it was a nightmare. Took two weeks, had to verify myself which I did immediately but still took two weeks after that due to the Visa Fast Funds issue. I was frustrated by the daily calls and emails leading no where and the long time of not even knowing if I would get my withdrawal (which was not a win, it was less than I had deposited after massive playing) so told them I would not be using their site anymore after receiving the funds, so this brought my balance down to 0. They didn't seem to mind I would not be using them. Well a few weeks later I decided to try them again, since they seem to be one of the biggest and I felt perhaps I could trust them after all. I made another deposit and won some money, around $750 on a $100 no bonus deposit. Since they started pushing bitcoin as a faster withdrawal method, hassle free and quick, I decided to test this before playing more, so I tried to do a partial withdrawal of 550 which was my second withdrawal, but first using bitcoin. The site says 15 minutes, but it turned out it takes 72 hours + 15 minutes they explained to me a I waited for the funds. It ended up taking around 4.5 days for the withdrawal, and as usual I kept calling them and they kept emailing me the same thing again and again. The good news is they did pay me the $550 withdrawal, leaving a few hundred in the account, but I was disappointed it took them 4.5 days for a bitcoin withdrawal when I had already been verified and made previous withdrawals. I have used 7bitcasino and bitstarz and both took about 15-20 minutes for withdrawals so perhaps I had been spoiled by their fast service. So this isn't the end - suddenly I received an email that I needed to call Bovada immediately about my account. I called them and it was blocked, and then called and was on hold around 15 minutes and talked to their financial services team, who said they didn't know why it was blocked but they were looking into it and would call me back later that day. Well they never called so I have been going back and forth with them by email when they say I need to call and I tell them I did that but when i called they had no information and they reiterated about 10 times back and forth to call again so 2 days later I called again. They said once again they did not know why my account was blocked and they would call me back in a few days. I explained it was ridiculous that my account is blocked and my no deposit winnings are on hold as well since I can't access my account, and asked for a withdrawal, and they said I also can't take the remaining withdrawal until they call me back in "at least a few days." So this is frustrating already. Okay now for part 2 - slots. lv I had a similar issue with slots. lv -- won some money and took out around $800 which brought my account down close to 0 but I still had around $1500 in bonus money left. They also promised fast hassle free withdrawals by bitcoin so I made the withdrawal that way. However of course they still wanted to verify me which took a few days, then they asked for more information which they did not initially ask for (proof of address) which I sent and that took a few more days. Then they said they cancelled the withdrawal since I needed to use a unique bitcoin wallet address I had never used before. I asked them why they didn't say this up front since otherwise how would I know this. Anyway this started the process over. I immediately sent them a new wallet address for Bitcoin and a few days later I received my withdrawal, so it took around a week via bitcoin. I am leaving out the frequent calls and emails back and forth leading no where, so I felt lucky to actually get my withdrawal but I did. Well then suddenly my account was blocked, and they said to call them which I did, and then they had to ask me questions again regarding verification which seemed ridiculous, and then they told me my account was fine again to login and use and they emailed me as well it was ready for use again. Then suddenly a day later (I had not logged in yet) I received an email to call them about my account, I said I already did so why call again, they kept repeating that I needed to call then everything would be clear since they are unable to communicate everything in writing. So I called them, and guess what, it was the exact same customer service rep I talked to with Bovada. This was a few minutes after I hung up the above call with Bovada, and they had the exact same story - they don't know why my account is blocked, they will find out and call me back in a few days, etc. etc. So now I realize they have the same customer service, the same withdrawal issues, and I am totally fed up with both. Also, their withdrawal interface on the sites appears very much the same, so I assume they use the same underlying platform - which really is terrible in my limited experience with them so far. I have no idea if I will ever receive my remaining funds with Bovada (no bonus tied to it) or if I will be able to login to slots. lv and continue using the bonus that I worked hard to secure. Anyway at this point I don't think I care much since I will probably never use either again. I did not file a complaint yet on this site which I may do soon, but for now, I just wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same issues hopefully. Using bitcoin with other casinos it has been so fast and hassle free, so I expected better from both of these casinos especially when they assured me prior to my withdrawal that it would be fast using bitcoin. Maybe to them a week is fast and I realize others have had it far worse with Bovada (I have ready about a few month wait, etc.) but using bitcoin it really should have been faster I feel. At least with 7bit and bitstarz it is lightening fast (15 minutes at most so far each time). I am new to online gaming and this is the part that has really been discouraging, withdrawals from these two casinos. I will go back to 7bit or bitstarz or try one of the others many on this forum recommend. No more Bovada and slots. lv for me.
  24. Hoping someone else can give me tips on how to get moneystorm to payout winnings. ..I played with the no deposit bonus and managed to make 150 dollars that I "could withdraw "...I played a bit on it and got it to 219 and opened a ticket to request the withdrawal on June 2nd and I understand that they say it takes 3 business days to get a response however I'm now at the 4th business day and I still have not received any information nor has my ticket been touched. .I've read some pretty bad reviews on here but I'd really like to get that money and I wonder if there's any tricks or tips on dealing with them
  25. Hello! I think this is my first big win from casino. It was a microgaming slot. Casino support gave me information that "All the materials are examined by Microgaming" Is this true, is it normal procedure that Microgaming investigates big wins for casinos? Or is this casino strategy to delay the payment? Casino can't tell me how long Microgaming is doing the investigation. And Microgaming does not have support for players. I got email: "As a software supplier we are unable to help with specific gameplay or account-related questions" So I can't even confirm that Microgaming is doing some kind of investigation or ask can they estimate how long this will take.
