Hi can anyone help me? I started a 7spins online casino account after I deposited a few times I got a good win so I increased my bet and eventually won a very large amount of money. I than start the process of providing all my details and documents to verify my account so I can withdraw my money I have won. Than I try login and my account has been disabled. I try make contact with them and I receive an email that states: Hello Scott, We hereby inform you you that our system has detected inconsistencies in your account 's********' and we have discovered behavior that violates our house rules stated in the Terms & Conditions of our site. Your account has been suspended and your deposit has been returned to your Credit Card, please keep in mind that this process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. This is a ploy by the casino to avoid paying me. I have read a few things online to try about getting my money but very happy to listen to any one if they can help. -

For over 20 years I’ve played real life casino roulette in Vegas, Atlantic City and Ive never seen anything like this. While playing real money roulette on Bovada , the number sequence of 13,5,5,13,5 came up when I was playing with real money. Naturally I lost. As a gambler, I do not mind losing money. However, losing money in this fashion was odd. So I consulted a couple mathematician friends and they calculated that thr actual probability of that five spin sequence, an essential ‘full house’ of numbers, occurring in roulette is 1 in 5,635! When I reached out about this and sent them the screen shot of what happened to Bovada Customer Support, twice, I got the following generic message, twice. “We’re sorry you’re not happy about your recent play. We utilize a Random Number Generator (RNG) to guarantee the unpredictability of our games. The RNG uses a computational algorithm to produce a sequence of numbers or symbols which cannot be mathematically determined. This ensures the outcomes of our games are fair and not foreseen. We know how your losses may disappoint you but we can assure you that we’re here to listen to your thoughts, and at the same time, guarantee that there’s no reason for us to put our reputation in question. Despite their generic excuses, a 1 in 5,635 event occurring against a player using a RNG is not random. If that is the case, I must of been the unluckiest person in the world during that playing session, and it cost me dearly. If this happens within Bovada Roulette, there is a good chance other Bovada games may have the same odds working - against the player. Their explanation of using a RNG is speculative. Perhaps it’s a glitch, perhaps not. The fact Bovada customer service tried to blow me off twice and move on is not acceptable. Cleopatra casino is a new one and it's not in the list of casino here at AG but They have the lowest wagering reqs for the bonus, 35x bonus only, that's 15x less than the average Direx n.v. casinos. The only downside about all of them is the max cashout from the free spins winning. They always capped to €50 or equivalent. They offered plenty of time free spins bonuses, mostly upon a deposit, the bigger the deposit the bigger the free spins amount. To me, these kinda bonuses are worthless because what's the point of claiming the free spins when the max cashout is that small, but that's just me.

Hi guys, I noticed the last few months, casinos made a lot of mistakes, I don't know what to think, some of their mistakes could lead to frustration --> irritation ---> no more mr nice guy. For example, today I got an email from Playamo casino, saying that there was a mistake made of their survey promotion. Instead of 100 free spins guaranteed they now changed it into a raffle, this means not everybody gets a prize. Only 101 players could win a prize. LuckyCasino, free spins error. I often claimed deposit spins from them and the game where I got the free spins of crashed after a few spins. Notified the casino regarding this and they couldn't find the error. I had to play about an hour in order to complete 40 free spins. They also made of mistake of placing a deposit free spins of 125 worth a total of almost €100 for only €15 deposit. I tried to claim them but the spins weren't added and instead, they gave me 125 free spins on a Betsoft game...Well, you can guess how this went Rizk, I received an email from them about free €10 and a 100% reload bonus. I logged in and found nothing, contacted via email about it and they responded a few hours later saying that this was an error. There are a total of 5 more errors from casinos above and a few others, that all in the past two months.

I am in need of a new casino. I am just curious if anyone has advise on choosing one. I can use the top rated casinos on AskGamblers.com, and maybe choose #1. So I had a great experience with an online casino the other day, so I came here to leave them a gleaming review but to my surprise and disappointment it isn't listed on this website.. So I was just scrolling through Facebook as I usually do when I come across what could only be described as an 'interesting' article about a new online casino. The new casino in question, which opened its doors on Feb 1st 2016 is called Pornhub Casino. And yes you've guessed it from the name it incorporates ***** into the casino. So you have topless live dealers etc etc, need I say any more. Actually I don't know how much more it involves but the picture was graphic enough. Games are provided by Betsoft. So my question to you is...is this taking gambling too far? It's obviously another way to get weak mined males , and females in fact to deposit and play more money. I've personally chosen not to look at the casino, but if any of you do please feel free to come back and share your opinions, please keep it clean guys Also I wonder if it will be added to the AskGamblers directory any time soon.
