  1. Evening all So I've just come across a casino and upon checking its terms found the minimum withdrawal amount is a massive 250 EUR!!! I honestly think this is the highest I've ever seen a minmum amount and there's absolutely no chance I'd play here. The minimum amount for me has to be £20 or less anything over that and I'm afraid I just won't play there. Just wondering if you guys have your own limits too?
  2. Hey guys Got a quick question for you all that I've been pondering with for a few days myself. Was thinking of signin up to a casino (also a bingo site since I fancied a game), no wagering on winnings BUT they have no live chat! This is usally a big no no for me but with fancying splitting my cash on bingo and slots I'd really fancied this place. They have toll-free support for UK players which is fine I guess but I'm not particularly keen on speaking over the phone to casinos so haven't registered yet. Would you guys?
  3. Okay so more often or not, about 1/2 times a week we'll have mail from some casino. I can always tell when it's casino mail and usually we'll have two identical ones. One in my name one on the other halfs name. I've grown to not even bother opening these anymore since they're always from casinos I've already registered and deposited at and the letter is advertising the welcome bonus. Opened one yesterday which I didn't realise was casino mail and it's from MaxiPlay saying they've given me a £11.55 bonus Now I'm wondering how many letters I've potentially thrown away with ncie little bonuses hidden inside Do you always open all yours?
  4. So many threads So many words What are your favoriting “GREATEST OF ALL TIME” top threes... Mine are very simple after about 5 years and only God knows how much has been wagered. In order... Eu Casino(sisters also) Omni Casino Go Wild casino Twin Spin Buffalo Blitz Pimped Bitstarz Payout Unibet Payout Leo Vegas Payout Go Wild casino deposit option Omni Casino deposit option Royal Panda deposit option Bitstarz support SlotsMillion support Omni Casino support These are my G.O.A.T. In their respected category. Good job.
  5. Since i received email from Thrills Casino which they taken decision to stop offering payment services for Neteller or Skrill and this paying methods will be discontinued from tomorrow 12.02.2018 Received emails from Guts,Rizk,Mobil600 etc and i guess this is the first step till they stop accepting Skrill and Neteller as well, that claiming a bonus via this paying method is no longer available.I know that several casinos didn't give bonus with e-wallets but this days i guess many casinos follow them. So my question is whats going on with Neteller or Skrill there must be something we dont know or i dont know??Anyone???
  6. So I was quite surprised when I was greeted with this pop-up the other day which I'm assuming is only for UK players since this casino didn't have the UK license when the new regulations came in. I'm already a member here registered shortly after they acquired the new license but this pop-up is definitely new and to be honest I find a bit bizarre. Why would you have to register an account before you could even browse? Maybe some of you have seen this before buy it's certainly a first for me, or at least I can remember anyway!!
  7. Okay guys... We've talked numerious times about all these big jackpot winners who win millions from games like Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune etc etc. We always speculate where the players are from, how much they bet, how long they've played there so this topic will be pinned for such conversations. Every time a mega jackpot is won I'll share the story from our news in here so we can keep track. I know we're already on the hunt for a winner who isn't European Just bear in mind guys I don't write all the big win stories but I'll certainly be keeping my eye for the ones I don't and if you read them before me share them here guys. Let's see by the end of 2018 what winners won where!
  8. 2018... Each year, casinos changed their terms. Not for the best, at least not for us. Bonus terms changed like twice a year and each time it got worse and worse. New terms are mostly siding/leaning towards the house. Most of you guys might find a pop up message about new terms after successfully logged in. I'd advised to read them. Find interesting bonus? Read the terms first! , got plenty of free spins? Read the terms first! Before you know it, you're playing for donkeybutt. I'm a member of hundreds of casinos, I'm a loyal player of at least 30 of them but now I have to narrow it down again due the new terms, bad experience etc. Now I've only 20 casino where I play at but I strongly believe it will increase this year due the upcoming new casinos How about you guys, are you cleaning your closet too? Or do you agree with their new terms?
  9. Yes you did ready that right! This year our team are launching the brand-new AskGamblers Awards where you'll get to help pick some of the best casinos of 2017 and as a who I don't have much information for you yet guys but you can ready more about it HERE. As soon as I get more information guys I'll come back and share it with you and keep an eye on our NEWS section where you'll see it there first. Exciting stuff though, right?
  10. Urgh!!! Now I'm not sure if Klarna is just a UK thing or worldwide but here in the UK it's a fairly new way of paying for your goods. For those who haven't heard of it some sites will now let you "Try before you buy". You put your your purchase through using Klarna as the payment method you then get 30 days to pay Klarna or return the goods. You can pay in full or I also believe Klarna allow you to slice the payment with some interest added on. For purchasing goods it's a good idea I guess but there'll always be people who don't pay!! Now I have just stumbled across a new casino I seen Klarna as the payment method Whhhhyyyy!!!!! For those who struggle with keeping gambling under control this stupid way of depositing is just going to help fund what could be an addiction and it could mean they won't have the funds to pay it back! I'm not going to mention the casino because I actually can't find any info about Klarna on their site but it's definitely there as a payment method. Just asking for trouble if you ask me. Rant over anyway guys, just wondered if anyone had seen this and also wondering if this Klarna is worldwide too or just here in the UK?
  11. I've been a member at CasinoPlex for many years, probably for about 6 or 7 years, and I have made so many deposits, I have played so many times, but I haven't made any withdrawal win through all those years, so I had left the casino in a dormant state for several years. Earlier this year, they send me several free no-deposit chips of $20 each, to get me playing at their casino again...and that worked! Hahaha. I then started making small deposits of $10 just to try them out again...and again...and again...until I finally made my first ever win at CasinoPlex. This happened on the eve of my birthday a few days ago. They offered me a wonderful free bonus of $50 for just a small $10 deposit, so I grabbed it instantly! With that deposit, I also got their daily deposit bonus of 15%, which I would usually decline on other occasions, but not on that day. I needed whatever extra bonus money I could get! Playing my usual favourite games of Safari Heat and Dolphin Reef, I made several nice small wins and that kept me going the whole day and night. Then I switched over to my favourite Christmas game, Santa Surprise, and that kept me playing until the next day. I finally completed the 50x wagering turnover, made my withdrawal, and got my first satisfaction at CasinoPlex after so many years, hehehe. How much was my first ever win at CasinoPlex? Hmmm...well...would you believe...$5600???... Ooops...forgot to put in that 'dot' after the fifty-six! Hahaha. Yeah...yeah...it was just a small miserable win...but it meant a lot to me. I really had a great time with my favourite games at the casino, for once, and what's even better...I got my money in just 2 days after submitting my documents for verification...and that was on a Saturday...yes...over a weekend! My documents were approved on Sunday...and my money received on Monday night! Whooooa! Only Omni Casino has ever been that fast to me, with Fly Casino in second place, and putting CasinoPlex into third place, beating Winner Casino into fourth! William Hill is always sloooow! Well, if you're a Playtech fan, and playing at Playtech casinos, perhaps you should try out this 'new' CasinoPlex casino. It is still run and operated by the same company, EPlay24, but I feel like there's been new blood there...maybe even a new management team...who knows. (Note: Small errors have been edited and corrected. Casino Plex has been terminated by Askgamblers! )
  12. Ive been gambling online for more then a decade and this is the most odd, hilarious or dont know how to name this situation. That why i decide to place Joreels Casino in Hall of shame-casino. So the story goes like this,i been writing review for Joreels Casino and wrote what i liked or disliked, sorry if they or he didnt liked it but thats from my point of view.So the day after i received a message from Joreels Casino representative saying this(will paste the conversation) Hey Helena, a gift for you from Joreels Hey Helena, thanks so much for your kind words about joreels. I hope your issues were solved quickly and satisfactorily. Please provide us your player username and we'll be happy to credit you 50 freespins on joreels. Thanks again Joreels Team I dont know is it me or maybe every gambler but if i am told that i will have a gift from some casino specially from their casino rep i expect that to be honored,so if their casino rep lies for this thing imagine what could happened if some problem and how or if that casino representative would help?? i honestly dont think so but this guys come from MT Secure Trade group of casino and thats why i decided to make this topic. So i asked live support whats going on with my gift and got answer i will be notified the minute they will have any update from their relevant department. I got message few days ago saying this: Hello Katerina, Please note that we have gotten an update about this for you now. After the responsible department has checked your account, they have found out that you are not from an eligible country and therefore we will not be able to add the free spins to your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Don't hesitate to contact us again should there be anything else we can assist you with. I wish you a nice evening forward. OMG at first i start laughing i have never ever experienced such an answer as this one, first you have a gift from us and then your country is not eligible for gift?? and whats more hilarious i have received several times free spins from them,i wonder how i was eligible for them?? Joreels Casino let me tell you something i have been playing in all MT Secure Trade casinos and the only thing i am not eligible in few of them is the welcome bonus not free spins or specially gift spins so you are the oddest casino from this group! Next time when you decide to give free spins make sure you honor them!
  13. Most of you already know about what happened to me a couple of years ago (for our newer members, money got stolen out my account, Skrill handed it terribly, eventually got the money back which they even failed to tell me was in my account - long story short) since that my trust with Skrill has been, well basically there hasn't been any there. Gradually over the last year I'd say I've taken baby steps to start using them again. Customer support has and always will be terrible and that is my major concern and until someone proves me wrong with their customer support I will always doubt them. However I am the first person to say when someone does well... I did transfer some money from my Skrill to my bank and I couldn't believe it when the money reached my bank in about 4-5 hours!! When I was back using Skrill full time withdrawals sometimes took up to 3 days. So, with their now fast withdrawal times it begs my original question - Can I trust Skrill again? Thoughts please guys? Any experience in the last two years with them would be great for me to hear good and bad. At the moment I fund my casino playing with my card and I've missed using Skrill BUT I will only go back to them if I feel I can 100% trust them with my money again.
  14. Hi everyone So, I came up with a little idea last night only now I'm getting chance to post it. But I thought we could all make some confessions It can be absolutely anything from bad habits, good habits, anything you do when it comes to playing slots that maybe you know you shouldn't or you do it and it always works. Hope I've made it clear what I mean? I have a few written down already but let's just give them 1 by 1. Okay here goes, it's one from me you already know but just to give an idea of what I mean 1. I never check pay tables (EVER) I only revert to a pay table if I can't figure out why I have or haven't won. Yes I'll even let free spins and bonus games run and just work out how they work. P.s I currently can't come up with any good confessions, all mine are bad ones Aaaand I don't want anyone saying they don't have any!! We all have at least one bad habit!!
  15. Okay guys so since this is so important and we have so many members here getting caught out by this rule I think we should have a thread dedicated to all the casinos implementing the new changes to Max Bet. 17. Hi everyone, I just wondered what rules you have in place for wagering requirements. What I mean by this is what's the maximum wagering requirement you're prepared to accept when taking a bonus? Back in my early days of gambling I never used to care what the amount was I'd take anything, now I'm far more fussy. Being offered a bonus with a 60x wagering requirement for example is a no-no for me now, I just don't have the time any more to sit and try and meet these kind of requirements. I'm also VERY reluctant these days to accept wagers that require both bonus + deposit to be wagered. Out of interest do any of you have any limits like this or do you just take anything?
  18. Hi, I'm sure there are some mathematical/probability type people who would have the answer to this... Do most people find it's best to stick with the one casino or spread their deposits across a couple of sites? Or does it even matter! I don't know whether it's in my head but there are some casinos that i simply stopped playing because they were not paying out - does the actual site matter if they all pull the data from the Net Ents/Microgaming etc?
  19. Just wanted to share something with you guys tonight which I hope you'll enjoy reading! It's no secret that my "gambling time" has more than halved over the last two years with the arrival of the little ones and my duties here at AskGamblers, which I wouldn't change for the world . Going back 4 years ago I was pretty much playing every day! Deposit after deposit, casino after casino, I knew about every new game, every provider and pretty much the ins and out. Whereas now, the time I take to pick up new things has drastically changed, and today got me kind of reminiscing! It made me think of the changes it makes from being someone who plays every day to someone who only gets to play now again and when time allows! I've been thinking have I saved money? Pretty hard one to answer this. Yes I'm making considerably less deposits but obviously that means considerably less withdrawals! I'm not someone who has ever kept a record of my outgoings and in-comings so who knows with this one! I can tell you something though I really do miss the big withdrawals! Next...the slots. I get to learn about new slots from you guys now and sometimes it takes me weeks until I get chance to even play a new release. This is definitely a downfall to not playing as regular as I was playing. It also means when I return to a casino from my last visit there's a ton of new games there that I've never played and I find this overwhelming never knowing which ones to try On the plus side - Now when I look for new casinos there's loads there for me to try. Whereas before I'd be searching every day for a new casino to come out that I can play at! Do I miss playing all the time? Nah...I definitely don't. I actually love where I am right now, I may take longer to try new games and may be a bit behind but I get there in the end! So yep, that's pretty much the life of an occasional gambler, not sure how many more of you there are like me?
  20. If you play poker in a casino, it’s certain that once in a while you’ll be involved in conflicts with other players on the table. It's important for you to know how to manage it when it happens. What are your experiences in such situations? Please share and also give some tips for it.
  21. Imagine playing a slot machine and winning $1 million. Now try and imagine your disappointment when you're told by the casino, "there's been a mistake." It happened to a Biloxi woman three years ago. Since her court battle is now over, she's going public with her story, which she shared first with Steve Phillips. It has been a series of emotional ups and downs for Florida Eash. Just a few days ago, the Mississippi Supreme Court ruled she's entitled to just $8,000 in slot machine winnings, not the $1 million she's still convinced she's due. "I felt excited, and thank you to Lord. My God, that's a big thing. I never expected, you know," said Florida Eash, talking outside the casino where she hit the big jackpot. "This is the picture when I won that million dollars," she said, pointing to an 8x10 color photograph, "I totally believe that I won that $1 million." Florida Eash has vivid memories of that winning night exactly three years ago Thursday. She was playing a $5 slot machine at IP. Suddenly, the top jackpot lines up. "I felt so great. And I thank you to God, to the Lord. And it said on the plate machine, congratulations Florida, you won $1 million. See attendants for pay," she said. Just as suddenly as her dream came true, the bubble burst. The casino claimed the machine was mistakenly programmed as a progressive slot, meaning the actual top jackpot was just $8,000, not a million. The dispute over the jackpot first landed before the Mississippi State Gaming Commission, which ruled that Florida Eash was indeed entitled to that $1 million payout. But the happiness over that ruling soon disappeared when the issue was taken to court. First a circuit judge sided with the casino, ruling Eash was entitled to $8,000 only. That ruling was upheld by the Mississippi supreme court last week. "You get a decision and it's okay, they've sided with you. Then you go to the other side and it's they've appealed it. So, it's back and forth like emotions. It's emotionally draining too," said the winner's daughter, Celeste Eash. IP released a statement from general manager Jon Lucas, saying, "We are happy about the decision. The monies involved IGT, not IP. They are IGT's slot machines." "And it's not my fault that I hit the machine and won that jackpot. And they admitted they're the ones that set it up by mistake. Mistake is mistake. You have to pay for it if you make a mistake," said Eash. I talked with Florida Eash's attorney, Paul Newton. He told me she has just two options for further legal appeal: asking the state supreme court for reconsideration, or trying to get the United States Supreme Court to hear the case. No decision has been made yet. Source:www.wlox.com
  22. When I first started gambling the in thing was very much casinos that just had one software, a casino that had multiple providers were few and far between. But how things have changed, Nowadays almost all new casinos have multiple platforms which makes me think that in a few years casinos with just one platform will become obsolete! It's great though, I much prefer playing in a casino where I have a choice of games rather than just sticking to one. What I'd really love to see is Playtech games being rolled out more and also Rival games which are playable to UK players!! What do you think guys? Do you agree / disagree? And which type of casino do you prefer to play in?
  23. Well I'm not new to this game and I'm pretty sure about 60 percent of this forum isn't either so lets cut the chase shall we ladies and get right down to the crux of the matter . Casino's always win the more you play the sucker luck that you get from Welcome bonuses will hang around for cupla ' wins then things will get hard to win not at all places just the backyard operations which are under capitalized but hey I can't talk my grandfather used to run underground gambling back in the depression era so I'll give you a bit of leeway . But I mean if you really want to gamble and have a good chance of winning you gotta move around baby stick and move stick and move ...and the bigger the joint the better the chances of winning and I don't blame Ladbrokes for asking for notarized Id . Heck when your a giant like they are you can ask for anything and I'd gladly sink 20grand into them any day of the week or that 32 red Casino because these are what you call "operations" huge backing , a strong company structure , and a reputation that speaks for itself its simple maths really I mean this is not rocket science Baby.
  24. So, I've been browsing looking for a new casino to try since I've had a long break (give or take a few new sign ups) from new casinos and welcome bonuses, well any bonuses in fact! I feel it's time I get back in the saddle so to speak and get a few casinos on my list of regulars. However, I'm surprised at the amount of casinos that are now complicating their welcome bonuses. Like free spins being spread over certain amount of days, maximum cashouts, minimum deposits getting bigger, strange wagering requirements etc, etc. What happened to the good old days where you'd make a deposit get the bonus and just have the simple wagering requirements!!! Anyone else see this happening more and more lately?
  25. Example.... If a casino delays a payment, will u ever play again? If a game goes 33 spins without a pay, will u play it again? If an agent responds without reading your email, will u ever go back? How many times do u forgive? Me.....0 One time a casino does something, an agent or management, I will never deposit again. No matter who. Leo Vegas now..... Yggdrasil game called monkey spin, 33 re spins, balance didn't move. I figure maybe 75 € cheated. On iPhone so no recording. I emailed them. If they don't agree I was had, I will never deposit there again and exclude forever. And believe me, they have seen deposits!! So for me, it takes one. Not including misunderstandings. And u?
