Hi all Today I having trouble with online banking so I couldn't make a deposit to my Skrill account, instead I bought Paysafecard and when I saw the fee for depositing with paysafecard I was shocked. 7%...that's ridiculous high. I couldn't believe it. I noticed that recently a lot of casinos asking a few percents of fee for depositing...I hope they wont get more crazier with this fee otherwise I just play on land based casino. okay I was just overreacted a little bit..but hey..they are nuts I tell you...nuts!

Just curious what is the biggest withdrawal you had from a deposit. My biggest withdrawal was this month 760 euros from a 10 euro deposit so basically 76 x deposit. At what limit do you withdraw? If i get to a point of a profit from 10 x deposit i usually withdraw and rarely play the balance. -

Hello Everyone, Sorry ive been absent a lot recently I am actually busy with some AG work at the moment, I promise to be back and I do keep an eye on all your threads. I just wanted to share something with you guys and get your opinions on something. For all of you who know me here you will already know this but for those who don't, I openly admit that I am a very lazy gambler. I'd like to think I have experience but I really do slack in some areas. I very rarely read terms and conditions properly, I never check pay tables, RTP and sometimes even security. BUT I will always have a conversation with Live Chat before making a deposit at a NEW casino. For me Live Chat really sells the casino. I need to be able to speak to them in clear English with hardly any barriers. How they are able to communicate and understand me is really important as to whether or not I would make my deposit. I'm the kind of player who likes to know what is happening at every stage. I will ask questions about wagering, what happens after I deposit, game contributions, withdrawals, documents...basically everything I need to know. I also like to speak to them again as soon as I make a withdrawal (if I make one). Before I deposit I have to make sure that myself and the live chat team have a clear understanding. Don't get me wrong, there have been times I have still deposited when I've not been happy with live chat but I'm getting now that this is of utmost importance to me. I just wondered if there was anyone else who is like this? Or if not, what are your most important things you look for before making your first deposit at a casino?

Hey folks. As some of you probably remember, I mentioned on a few occasions so far that I'm maintaining a book of records concerning my online gambling in the last couple of years. A book which I call my gambling diary... This year I made a few changes in the way I gather and record my information and thanks God I did it as it is now quite easily to review the whole year in just a couple of minutes and see what happened. Before sharing my numbers, I would like to clarify a few rules I'm using when it comes to my gambling. First of all, at the beginning of the year I try to determine some predefined amount which I could use on a monthly basis and which I must stick to and do not exceed! And so, my monthly gambling budget was $120, which means that the total amount of money I could lose for 2014 was $1500. Unfortunately, November was a bad month and for the first time this year I afford to brake my own rules and used the funds, meant for depositing in December in the same month. No need to explain that I lost them and that's why I mentioned in another thread that I'm done with gambling for this year... The numbers: Total numbers of deposits - 98 Total number of withdrawals - 38 Total amount deposited throughout the year - $10100 Total amount withdrawn throughout the year - $8600 Total amount lost throughout the year - $1500 Largest deposit made at a time- $330 Largest withdrawal made a time - $900 Average amount of deposits made - $103 Average amount of withdrawals made - $226 Total number of casinos where deposits have been made - 7 (the smallest ever number since I'm gambling online, 78% of all deposits made throughout the year went to only one casino btw) Games played - mostly Microgaming, NetEnt and Thunderkick .... Conclusions: 1. Sticking to a predefined budget was the best way for me to prevent from heavy losses. Must admit it is working perfectly so far! 2. At a certain period of time I was almost $2500 ahead, but was chasing larger profit. The final result is obvious already. The inference is that if I had set a target amount of winnings (a double of the set amount of losses for example) I could have been a happy punter right now. 3. I lost my gambling out of control ONLY ONCE and it lasted just for some 60 minutes. The result - $980 gone with the speed of the sound! 4. I had some insane misses during 2014. I had twice a 4-reel Wild Desire in Immortal Romance (once at 0.30 and 0.60 bet per spin) and just one missing wild in reel 1 to create not one but two wild lines during the feature at DOA while playing 1.80 per spin! 5. Despite all ups and downs, I am happy right now. Because I managed to stick to my own rules (on the whole ) for the first time since I'm gambling online and that's a huge success for each and every punter! 6. Do you notice a difference when you play with a deposit only without taking any bonus and when you play with a deposit bonus. Whenever I take some deposit bonus I Always have some descent wins but without a bonus the wins are much much rarer. Anyone has the same experience?

I decided to make a deposit at igame last weekend...what a mistake that was. I made a deposit of €25...it began processing my card payment .. Took a little longer than expected then a screen came up which said successful deposit but it went in a split second and changed to failed deposit. I thought I'd better check my bank account before I try again,only to find it had been taken. This did not alarm me though because it's happened to me several times at other casinos where the payment had timed out. I didn't even bother going to live help until I had spoke to my bank to get the authorisation code for the payment which I was able to get straight away. Usually in my experience anyway the casino are able to track the payment from this and credit the account. Igame however, presented me with one of the most arrogant and disrespectful services I have had from live help in a long time. As I thought, they said the payment did not go through, I knew they would say this because they are partially right there was an error sending the payment so it wouldn't show as cleared their end but the money had been reserved from my account for them to collect...they would not accept this whatsoever. I told them I have the authorisation code to pass it to their financial department to. Track. This couldn't be done straight away but I had an email shortly after asking to provide a screenshot of my bank statement! I'd already told them it doesn't show that soon on online banking, but if they use the code they will see what has happened. Three times I received the same email. I eventually got live help again on the site and they told me I'd just have to wait up to 10 days and the failed deposit will automatically be refunded to my account. They were not making any attempt to trace the payment and they we're quite honest about that!! I would just have to wait 10 days...the best thing of all came now...... An email asking me to send in verification documents in order for the money to be returned to my account hahahahahaha ...it was honestly that rude and cheeky that I just burst out laughing. My bank had already told me they could refund me that same day and my visa insurance would cover me so then the bank claim it off them. I honestly didn't even reply to them and I haven't since, my bank had the money to me instantly . Valleys preaches to he all the time to stick to the casinos we know are trusted ones, even if it means you don't get a bonus, but being female I have to completely not listen and do the opposite. I can't help it it's like a disease lol, but I always think well why shouldn't u try a new one, you should be able to trust any casino with your money, in this day and age..but I'm starting to believe valleys may finally be right for once In his life.
