There are clauses in casino's T&Cs on specific items, like differing bonus wagering requirements, minimum deposit needed, max bet allowed, and so on. As you have mentioned, if a specific game term states that overtime is included in the calculation period, then this would override the general T&C clause, meaning, your bets would remain valid for the entire overtime period...and so yes, your bet should be regarded as a win!
