  1. Oh I see, UK is restricted so I can’t click the link. I’ll check the wagering requirements and get back to you guys.
  2. Amazing bonus I must say. Btw what are the wagering terms for this exclusive 150% bonus? Is it 45 x bonus like for the standard bonus or reduced or increased since it is exclusive.
  3. Why could you only withdraw 72 odd p? What's the 48hr period? You're correct in that you should be able to instigate a withdrawal at any point (bar things like bonus wagering etc) and once you do, it's non reversible (though i see some casinos bat this back into a players playable funds on occasions which sometimes looks a tad suspect) I suppose they could have directed you to the TAB function but tbh you can find that within 3 seconds yourself if you look, you don't need them to action that. Sorry, but don't really have much advice/guidance (the UKGC will send you back a boilerplate response) other than to sort out any issues with gambling - even if you had got it out, by what you've said, it would just have went elsewhere and the cycle, as they do, continue. If they were being ultra cautious, as some do, they probably would have blocked you there and then with any 'pleads' but they have the tools available which is what they would argue, even if CS wasn't great (I don't like PS at all) If you went to their RG page and there were no tools or they were broken, and coupled with the fact the money was still there, you could have a stronger case - even then, i'd be surprised to see a refund unless by the casino's own goodwill gesture. Pretty sure RG is still within the UKGC's remit and no ADR really likes, or can? (not sure), ruling on such. Sometimes i think we've all grown a bit naive to the purpose of a casino - they exist, primarily, to take your money. Not entertainment, money. Yes, every year they'll fly their Responsible Gambling flag and send out their Covid emails, but they don't really mean it - it's all Peacocking. No different to a player saying they're loyal to a casino etc - no we're not, we follow the money just like them.
  4. Yeah, whilst a pretty poor site (in terms of layout and general performance), they have some decent promo's (their bonus game daily though, sucks) - they had an offer on slots where if you bet 50 quid you got 50 quid back in Free Spins with x1 wagering Normally if they give you free sports bets the slots wagering doesn't usually count but hard to say w/o seeing the terms
  5. Hi i recently joined bcasino and deposited £70 and got £140 my wagering requirements where £5500 i played all day and managed to get to roughly over £800 so i messaged support to ask them what my cash balance was and he said he could not tell me,i asked what my wagering balance was as there is nowhere on the site where you can check that he gave me balance and i kept on wagering i was wagering for a while and i messaged support again with a balance of £820 and asked if i would be contacted or notified when my wager was complete he said yes we notify,so i carried on i had worked out that worse case scenario i have £200 to withdraw,i wagered all the way down to £190 and had to stop as i had received nothing,so i contacted support again as i realised i was still under wager, the support was trying to get me to withdraw the £190 from my account i told him i wanted the money back they have took,it was passed to a supervisor 2 days ago stating they will resolve within 8 weeks,I am still under wager and have currently wagered over £7200, £5400 of that was on 1 slot i played 6 slots, any advice anyone please? Screenshots attached. Also when i first started wagering i was using the slot diamond inferno which i was winning quite a bit on,i had a break when i returned and tried to play it again low and behold the game wasn't available in my region thought that was strange as i'd been playing it for over a hour and i don't use vpn.
  6. Hi! I'm new here and i'm trying to find best wagering terms in casinos. Also, is there any casino nowdays that give bonuses on BJ or other live games? THX a lot!:)
  7. Yeah the first Finn was good for wagering, I use it most times. Honestly Pink elephants 2 plays so much better than the original if I am being honest. Yeah Lil Devil is the sequel or should I say renewed version of DHV from the looks of it, in terms of the game play, bonus rounds etc apart from the Heart stopper feature though. The added feature make this slot great, but comes at a great price to pay if lady luck is not with you. Can drain you in no time, however can keep a steady balance most times as well.
  8. Oh aye, forgot about Finn's Tavern - the first one wasn't bad for wagering actually. But the second one is terrible. Pink Elephants 2 is just, well PE with a wee change. Neither good/nor bad, not that i was a fan of the first. Is Lil Devil DHV2? Probably not, maybe a bit but not a bad follow on from DHV, with massive hit potential.
  9. Hi Askgamblers, Looking for advice on some VIP schemes, I deposit from between 5-25k GBP per month and I'm struggling to find some decent VIP schemes. I used to use Betat Casino but they withdrew from the UK, then Mayfair casino (a nektan brand) and they used to give me quite a bit of match deposits with between 10-20% wagering requirement before they removed that, now they've essentially removed all VIP perks i got other than 10% cashback per week. I use HelloCasino who give me 10% and a few adhoc bonuses but i'm wondering is there's any advise for a decent VIP Program casino?
  10. Problem Solved. Don’t understand why winz.io is not listed here. They are 10/10. From A-Z Hi Johnny, Those were totally legitimate Netent games, I am very sure about that. Speaking of links and everything, I got to bottom of it:1. Our IT guys were updating the front-end and one of the speed improvements masked the casinomodule.com. It is very important that these were and are original games, coming directly from Netent, the only difference - visually different link.2. I checked and we had issues with the page speed in iOs (Apple), Safari browser, this is fixed now as well. 3. I checked, when you complained about limits in the game, you had Macau Level / active bonus. I just issued 500cad bonus with wagering 5x to your account, please try betting $10, you will get the same error. It is unfortunate that we have to argue this way, but I cannot admit fakes or illegitimate games as this never took place. I suggest that we rather look in the future, than look in the past and I will be there for you to support you throughout your entertainment with the services, bonuses and nice surprises. And it will be a 100% honest and fair play.Warm Regards,LeoWinz.io YALL CAN JUST IMAGINE MY EMAIL EXCHANGE WITH THIS MAN..... lol.
  11. You'll be lucky to find many 10x wagering these days; industry average is probably 35x these days, give or take 5x either side. Many years ago 20x was more common - Bet Victor used to do a lot of 20x deposit offers, Sky Vegas still throw in the odd 5x wagering bonus for deposits Energy Casino offer 15x wagering on a lot of their Energy Spins, however. Unfortunately you've probably arrived at the tail end of once great bonus period; they've been dying/being restricted for years now. Some places simply don't offer them now.
  12. Best terms as in the fairest you mean or the lowest wagering amounts?
  13. these are becoming extinct in the slot world. what are the slots that have the 1 c/1p per spin playing 1 line per spin. (web browser, not viper client) useful for levelling a balance when bonus wagering or other reasons such as ocd. Starburst used to be good for this until they changed it. note some playtechs I found won't let the line bet be reduced to less than 0.02 even though you can reduce the lines to 1 from a max of 15. (Panther Moon) and also for Plenty O'Fortune can't go less than 0.02 but the lines can be reduced to 1 from a max of 20. 1. Agent Jane Blonde (Microgaming) 2. AOTG: Fate Sisters (Playtech) 3. AOTG: Furious 4 (Playtech) 4. AOTG: Prince of Olympus (Playtech) 5. Book of Dead (Play'n Go) 6. Legacy of Dead (Play'n Go) 7. True Love (Playtech) 8. Safari Heat (Playtech) 9. Great Blue (Playtech) 10. Dolphin Reef (Playtech) 11. White King (Playtech) 12. White King II (Playtech) 13. Rome & Glory (Playtech) 14. Frankie Dettori's Magic Seven (also Jackpot version)(Playtech) 15. Pink Panther (Playtech) 16. A Night Out (Playtech) 17. ISIS (Microgaming) 18. Supe It Up (Microgaming) 19. Juego de la Oca (Playtech) 20. Gaelic Luck (Playtech) 21. Halloween Fortune (Playtech) 22. Fortunes of the Fox (Playtech) 23. Football Rules (Playtech) 24. Wu Long (Playtech) 25. Funky Fruits Farm (Playtech) 26. Mr Cashback (Playtech) 27. Captain's Treasure (Playtech) 28. Desert Treasure (Playtech) 29. Thai Paradise (Playtech) 30. Bonus Bears (Playtech) 31. Royal Masquerade (Play'n Go)
  14. They are trustworthy in the sense that they won't diddle you - in general, you win there, you get paid at Aspire. Once you're verified they pay relatively quickly as well - withdraw at 10pm, Trada sees you paid at 3am etc. However, personally i wouldn't play there much because: 1. Bonus rules are poor: most games on 50% reduced wagering 2. Their RTP's are the lowest of the low - 91 etc. That being said, i mentioned Novibet above? Well, they've just got booted from my bookmarks after their attitude to an issue i reported with Deadwood; their response stunk. So, just goes to show, casino preferences are fluid, attitudes change and just cos someone's good one week, doesn't mean they don't fall down the next. Right now i'm down to Sky Vegas L and L casinos Bet365 From a previous list of 20 plus, that's some cull. If you chose/like playing with Aspire, your cashouts are safe IMO - sometimes better the Devil you Know anyhow
  15. Basically, in a normal bonus, so to speak, you simply start playing the 250 quid etc, until you bust/withdraw but if like RP, only cash deposits count towards it so, yeah, you'd need to deposit and wager 4500 with new/fresh deposits. The way i worked it on RP was, if i won 250 quid and needed to wager 6k I would simply play the 250 quid bonus money until, if i could, get it up to 2k, then stop. Only then would i start making cash deposits as, even it took me a few, i wouldn't be down anything - IIRC RP didn't lock it at 250 but allowed you to play it. If it's locked i wouldn't go out of my way to meet 4.5k wagering for 250 quid.
  16. Would you clarify what this means a bit further? If I understand correctly these funds are locked and unavailable for play until wagering requirements are met, is that right? If so, then I won't even bother trying to wager 4500€ on there.
  17. Great win However you know you need to wager that with Real Money? Similar like Royal Panda, so that $200 will be added as bonus, but you cannot use the bonus money itself for wagering, only real cash. So good luck.
  18. Few decent points in it re KYC and the variations of 'requirements' - one accept mobile bills, some don't. Don't really see an issue with bonus's - they're non mandatory and any restrictions can be placed. Don't like them, don't take them. They're not that complicated either - max bet, don't play on certain games - there's no 'complex' disguising of 'true' wagering, certainly in any of the sites i play at UKGC accomplice of casino's? Er no. Just need to look at the fines dished out. Though, they can do more and maybe that'll happen with an ombudsman on the cards
  19. Hi guys, I joined a new casino called mrsloty.com and I’ve made quite a few deposits and which has made me a VIP - but no withdrawals because I haven’t won. I understand it’s about luck so no complaints about that BUT then I did have an opportunity to win when I was playing The Dark Knight and I won the free spins feature at £4 a spin. As the free spins were loading the game crashed and reloaded and a pop up appeared saying the game had been interrupted and gameplay will resume. It didn’t. It went back to the normal gameplay. I immediately reported it to them on their Live Chat and they said that they’re going to “compensate” me. They credited £10 to my account but with a x50 wagering requirement. I have a VIP account manager and he said he doesn’t find anything in the gameplay logs so he’s reported it to ‘tech’. Three weeks after this happened I tried the game again today at £2 a spin I won the free spins (this is the second time), and the exact same thing happened but this time I took screenshots. I reported it to them via their Live Chat and they said... ”it’s all to do with luck. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose”. They refused to compensate me but they’ve reported it to ‘tech’. Is there anything I can do?
  20. it seems some sites have ruined the way bonuses should be, there is a site that if you claim a bonus , you first have to stake 30xBonus before you can start to use a bonus and then before you can withdraw the bonus you have to stake a further settled stakes of 30xBonus. what is this crazyness ?????????? what happened to the days of making a deposit and getting a 100% bonus or more and then you would have a cash balance and bonus balance ready to use.... usually you would first be using your cash balance before it dipped into the bonus balance, sometimes sites will stake 50% of cash and 50% bonus......... but this is crazy.... making a deposit and then they want a 30xBonus wagering BEFORE you get any bonus to use...... BRING back the way bonuses used to be.... give us the bonus straight away. e.g if you deposit 100e you should have 200e to work with ! and then stake 30xBonus , while using the 200e.........
  21. but they want you to complete the wagering twice, ONCE before the bonus gets credit, and then a SECOND time to withdraw the bonus.. so you might actually need to deposit several times before you get the bonus because you may (most likely) bust out your initial deposit/transfer. You can withdraw winnings any time during the wagering, but once you have the bonus balance you need to stake the 30xBonus amount again before they let you get the bonus amount moved into the withdrawable cash balance.
  22. There are (or were) some casinos that give the bonus money in portions of 10 EUR/USD cash (converted, no longer bonus money) after wagering a certain amount (can't remember which casinos because I simply hate this sort of bonuses). Meaning, you make a deposit, play with your real money first, reach a certain amount of wagering, then get the first portion of 10 EUR/USD in real cash. Some liked this sort of bonus. I find it totally ridiculous! Now what Flatzem mentions above takes the cake! Complete the wagering in total first, then only get the bonus money in cash. STUPID BONUS SYSTEM!!! The only reason why players want to take up bonuses is to have a bigger starting balance to play with, and play with bigger bets too. If I'm playing with my real money right from the start, why bother with taking up any bonus, right?
  23. What!! So how does that work....say you deposit £20 you have to complete the wagering with just the £20 and not the £20 bonus too? Seems absurd!
